Pros: Pretty good decent mall, it's a role model of what an average mall should be in this day in age, many stores, 3 good anchors for everyone (personally my favorite is dillards) large food court with pretty good quality food, i suggest the taco place. Cons: Dillard's wing is empty and needs some stores, mall needs new lighting in darker areas, A few more name brand stores to enter this mall too, but there are plenty, Would visit over and over, everyone seems friendly too. read more

This mall is a good place to get some steps in, but as far as shopping it's starting to fall short. It's just not what it used to be. Even the food court has changed as basically your only options are Chinese or Mexican. There are a few good store at Eastland Mall: Bath and body works, hot topic, Spencer, Victoria's Secret, a couple overpriced shoe store, just nothing that really stands out. JCPenney is even starting to go downhill. Dillards and Macys is about their only saving grace. read more

You Terminated the Only Man that cleaned the Food Court and the Restrooms. Your other employees are always on their phones or going outside. They don't help us customers at all. Why did you Not talk to the Chinese restaurant employees who happened to see everything that went on that Thursday 1st hand and heard everything also. They know that David was in the right and that customer was attacking him verbally and caused the scene Not David. David was Your Best employee that you have ever had there to clean. And people will complain now, you will see. Plus the so called boss Justin, doesn't know how to clean himself or how to teach them how to. But David did. I was there from out of town and stopped at a kiosk to ask where the restrooms were and the girl would not say unless I gave her a $1. She said she charges everyone that. Well I would rather pee on myself first. How rude can you be. Hope this isn't how the mall is ran. read more

Used to be good. UNTIL THEY TOOK OUT STORES!! Pro tip: If you want your establishment to reach bigger and stronger audiences, maybe don't take out good and busy stores. And if you want to keep your bigger and stronger audiences, DONT REPLACE THOSE STORES WITH CRAPPY ART BUSINESSES. I was so mad when I saw that this mall had been overrun with fast fashion and greedy kiosks. I was especially angry when they took out Tilly's and PacSun and replaced them with stores that sell shirts with the tiktok logo and sucky iPhone cases. I mean really? There was never a time that I went into Tilly's and it wasn't hopping. Now there's no good stores left unless your favorite store is Hollister or American Eagle. Not coming back until you at least put an Urban Outfitters in there. Oh, and you're in luck if you want to buy off brand shoes. They won't sell quality clothes, but they'll hook you up with some mutated crocs. read more

THIS IS A RATING FOR OUT OF TOWN FOLKS!!!!! Just had a great walk through this mall. If you are from out of town there are some great people watching. Made a purchase at Macy's and the saleslady was a dead ringer for Kristen Wiig and the target lady on SNL, xmas attire and all. Fave of the day had to the be 500 lb farmer in overalls, with flourescent shirt. Just made my day. There is an abercrombie and fitch, so all of you foreigner who dont want to wait in line at the 5th avenue store in NYC, get you "trendy" gear here. another plus, even though is was xmas, party was a breeze. read more

Eastland Mall is a nice shopping venue with a large selection of shops and restaurants. The carousel in the middle of the food court is a nice touch if you have children. OK...We were only here passing time while in Evansville. Was laid out easy enough with the normal mix of mall stores and what not...This is why I give them 4 stars...THEY SHUT DOWN THEIR PLAY AREA 3...3 TIMES A DAY TO CLEAN!!! That is freaking awesome!!! Mall isn't what it used to be but still has some nice stores. I feel sad to think about some of the stores we lost (like the Disney store) but that's just the way it goes and overall the mall is clean and the stands in the middle have some pushy people but thankfully not as pushy as people in NY read more

This the new mall for Evansville, ha I did just write a review on Washington square so I'm feeling a bit nostalgic. Back when the mall first opened, we (grandma and grandpa) were a little reluctant to go there cause Washington square was still hip and cool. But slowly this mall took over paving the way for new hipper up to date stores and more choices and variations. It started to take the place of the other mall and is now the go to mall. They have several stores you want or well expect in the mall scene. This happens and I'm sure my grandma and grandpa felt some what the same way when Washington square opened and the downtown department stores and franklin street was fading out. I've often heard her talking about strolling downtown and franklin street and a few other hot spots at old locations. read more

As a born & raised Evansvillian, I love our mall. I used to go at least once a week, now maybe once every couple of months, but even that frequently there is almost always a new store, new kiosk, or new something going on. Our most recent addition (which every girl I know was ECSTATIC about) is a large brand-new Forever 21. The 3 major department stores at the end of the 3 wings are Macy's, JCPenney's, and Dillard's. Also has all your basic mall establishments, Finish Line, Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, Hot Topic, Spencer's, Hallmark, GNC, Gamestop, etc. Eastland is very good at keeping up with the times. Layout is easy to navigate, the Simon center in the very center of the mall is good. The food court could use a little improvement, but I'm glad they've kept the merry-go-round after all these years. I still see kids on it every time I'm there. Parking lot could use a little re-paving and leveling out, too. But overall, I have very few complaints about our mall. Always clean & the traffic patterns in and out of the property are great. read more

I have been shopping at Eastland Mall for many years and can usually find what I need there. However, lately the recent trend in how some kiosk vendors are being allowed to approach (read assault) customers has me avoiding Eastland. At the very least, I find that on my way there I'm planning out the shortest route through the mall to the store I need (thus not walking up and down window-shopping like I used to do). The last several times I have visited the mall, either with family or friends, we have been approached, very assertively (read Aggressively here), by vendors at a couple of different kiosks, one of which was Dead Sea Cosmetics. Unfortunately, my daughter's favorite store, Hot Topic, is directly in front of this kiosk and we can't avoid being harrassed by this group of people. It is very unpleasant to be harrangued in the Mall as though we were at a carnival or street market, but that is exactly what it has become. When these "salespersons" are told "no" they don't give up. One of them even tried to grab my mother's arm when it was apparent she wasn't going to stop. At the more southern end of the mall, my daughter and I had a tray of little cups with an unknown substance literally shoved in our faces and asked, "Wanna try some??" We didn't even know what it was and I certainly am not interested when approached like this. It seems to be a growing problem since I am frequently hearing the same complaint from quite a few other people as well. It is an obnoxious, invasive sales approach and I will not continue to shop at Eastland if it continues. Hot Topic, Journeys, J.C. Penney....all have online stores we can use if necessary and we will. Also, Eastland Mall's "Customer Feedback" form online no longer works - you get a Delivery Failure notice, so apparently they don't care much what anyone thinks. I think I'll shop online!!! read more
