Like most lolly stores this place can get expensive quickly, especially if you have children with you, but this is my go to place for treating myself to something special.

The smoothies I have tried have been very tasty and look to be packed with natural and fresh products. The smoothies are around $10 and the juices just cheaper around $9. The store also stocks a few tasty snacks such as healthy cheesecake! If you are looking for a fresh and healthy snack or meal it is worth stopping by Buzz!

They offer both a small store area to stock up on your healthy essentials like coconut flour and cashews, as well as a large dining area to enjoy the tasty home made foods. I have tried the frittata and salad as well as a couple of juices/smoothies. They have all been very nice although I would say that they tasted healthy if you know what I mean. The staff are always very kind and approachable for those of us who might not really know how to pronounce acai. If you are more into hugging trees than KFC then this is a great place for you to grab a morning smoothie or a kale salad for lunch! Well worth a look if you are in the tannum area.

The Health Nut is joined with Buzz Superfoods where you can pick up a juice while you are browsing the store. The staff are very helpful in helping you find the items you might need as the store is a little jumbled and there seems to be a odd range of items.
