I have tried the frittata and salad as well as a couple of juices/smoothies. They have all been very nice although I would say that they tasted healthy if you know what I mean. The staff are always very kind and approachable for those of us who might not really know how to pronounce acai. If you are more into hugging trees than KFC then this is a great place for you to grab a morning smoothie or a kale salad for lunch! Well worth a look if you are in the tannum area.

I popped in the other day to pick up a take away coffee. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. I didn't enjoy my soy cappacino which was bitter and only just warm. It's always hard to tell if it's it's the coffee or the soy which isn't great however a friend also reported that they didn't enjoy their coffee. Our third coffee drinker reported that she really enjoyed her coffee so maybe it's just a taste issue! Do check this place out and next time I might miss the coffee but try out the raw treats!

I tried a piña colada smoothie which was $7 for a large smoothie. The smoothie was a little weak and seemed to have a large amount of ice. Don't expect your juice to be quick, despite the juice bar being fairly quiet customers were waiting for longer periods that would be expected.

They seem to have lots of super food sounding ingredients in their items but they are really yummy for the non cross-fitter taste preferences! The wait time is always super short and the staff seem really friendly and as though they enjoy their jobs not like a boost juicier that's for sure! They also seem to stock a range of reheat meals which look great also. I would really recommend checking out this place and taking your tasty treat down to the beach for a stroll as the healthy treats go oh so well with a beach walk!

The select of flavours is large (I still head to my favorite which is the original) including chocolate, sweet creations such as caramel pecan and fruit flavours (even sorbet ones). and then there is the Holy Grail for sugar addicts the candy bar where you simple pile up your cup with treats including nuts, jelly, candy, fruit and sauces (I go for a generous scoop of dark choc chips). The best part is you pay per weight so if you only feel like a nibble you can get a couple dollars worth but if you are supplementing yoghurt for dinner you can opt for a bit more (this might be what I do) and get closer to 10$. The combination options are endless - now walk on down in an orderly fashion and grab some healthy ( that's what I tell myself) frozen happiness!
