Discovered this little gem of a cafe/restaurant on our way through Bundaberg on a campervan trip down the coast. Boy are we glad we did! YUM! The food was absolutely delicious, extremely fresh, and obviously lovingly prepared. Our iced lattes were really yummy... full-bodied flavor without being too strong or bitter. And the owners were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. While chatting, we mentioned that we were passing through town... and they very kindly started asking where we'd been, what we'd seen and where we were going. Very busy little cafe in the heart of Bundaberg CBD. What an amazing find, this cafe always seems packed and I can't stress enough to you that you have to brave the crowd and try their amazing food and drinks. Breakfast seems a particular favourite among the locals. I had the scrambled eggs with chives, double smoked bacon and roasted vine tomatoes with 2 of the biggest slices of toast I had ever seen. They offer a surprisingly sophisticated menu which had my mouth watering and me wanting to try everything on offer. They also make their own cakes and Macarons. I'm a very pleased to tell you, the dishes are wonderfully prepared, my partner had a burger which he said was superb, I had a vegetarian Quesadilla. It was delicious! Just the perfect freshly roasted vegetables and goats cheese filling. Delightful cafe style seating, with great staff, who actually smile whilst serving very efficiently. The Food here was definitely cooked with love, it tasted exceptional. Great service and wonderful Food. If you are visiting Bundaberg this is a Must Eat at Place. There was so many great dishes on the menu, I'm planning my next visits. Very Happy! read more
