We love going here on the weekends for breakfast. Have been going every since they were in small house. Food is always good and service is usually always good, I guess my only complaint would be how long my glass stays empty for. Love the fact that we now can get bloody Mary's or screw driver while waiting for breakfast. Keep up the good work. read more

Good quality and flavor was right on. The staff was nice as well. We did thing the atmosphere was kinda plain and sterile. We are not generally big go out for breakfast types but for sure keep them in mind. I just saw they open for dinner! We had no idea. We are at Nana's Kitchen right now this is our second visit. They have been out of the most popular items the last two times we've come you don't have any cinnamon rolls or biscuits and gravy which are very popular and we feel that they should make double batches because if this is happened the second time in a row this must happen every day. We did mention it to our waitress and she just responded that we should get here earlier. read more

The atmosphere caters to the atmosphere of the area which is still mostly ranchers even though the housing boom is spreading into a suburban one. Nana's is like going to your Grandma's house - there is a large selection and everything is made from scratch. The country fried steak is so tender you can eat it with your fork. Their sandwich plates are huge and they are generous with the meat and fries. We absolutely love eating here and it is a nice family environment. read more

Nana's is a great place to go for breakfast. My wife and I have been there twice and have enjoyed ourselves both times. The decor is minimal with homey touches. There is a hustle and bustle feel when you come in and sweat yourself as it's a very busy breakfast spot. The staff is friendly and are quick to greet you with a smile. All the food is homemade and comes out quick and hot. The breakfast burrito is fantastic, made with everything you would want including crispy tater tots. We got the big one which was big enough to share and still have to take home. The first time we were there I had the biscuits and gravy. The gravy had a slightly burnt taste to it which is why I'm dinging a half a star. So I guess it's not perfect but we are looking forward to heading there too try out their lunch menu soon! read more

They hire excellent wait staff, and the owners are very friendly also. The quality has been excellent and very consistent. The portion size is great, with reasonable prices. My son just ordered a medium pancake and his eyes got wide when it came out. It was hanging over a large plate. My baby bad burrito was huge. The daddy size is sinfully large. We used to go here a lot when they first opened. The food and prices were good. On the weekends the seats fill up fast so go early.

I really wanted to like this place. It is in my neighborhood which has few options. The wait staff is always super friendly, so I was excited when it opened. The food, however, isn't great. The 1st time I ordered a BLT sandwich. Okay, but the bacon wasn't crisp, so it was quiet difficult to eat. The second time I ordered a Belgian waffle with blueberries. The waffle batter had not filled the griddle, so I actually received 3/4 of a waffle. Worse, it was burnt! The blueberries were old and warmed, but wilted, not plump. They were inedible. Again, bacon was not cooked crisp and served in a pool of grease. Obviously, the "chef" doesn't know what he is doing. Skip this and try The Egg and I on Powers. This doesn't come close to their excellent fare. read more

This is one of the best restaurants that me and my family have eatten at. The servers are really nice and the owners are really nice (even though they are OK cowboy fans. Boomer Sooner). It was our first time at this place and as soon as we saw the "2 cooks wanted" at the front door we should have know better than to stay for early breakfast. Cheese omelette was good, but the over medium eggs, breakfast potatoes, hash browns and blueberry pancake were tastes and dry. We had to drench them in ketchup and syrup to be able to eat them. The English muffin was burned and not toasted as we ordered it. Service was ok although our waitress never refilled our decaf coffees and when we asked her they had ran out of it so we got 1/4 of a cup. I truly hope they hire those 2 cooks.
