The theme changes every 3-4 months, so what you see now won't be there forever. Reservations are usually required and we got lucky thanks to a local host who knew someone. Worth planning ahead. Drinks come from the in-house "Cantina" and lean into the theme without feeling gimmicky. Food runs off the menu from the Wobbly Olive, the main bar hidden behind a door in the same spot, and it held up. The Outer Rim Provisions menu had solid options. The biggest surprise was the noise level. You'd expect a themed cocktail bar to be loud, but you could actually hold a conversation. I ordered the waffle sliders, which are tiny waffles with a burger inside, served with fries. They were absolutely delicious--perfectly sweet and savory at the same time. My son ordered the large TV-tray-style plate inspired by the show, complete with turkey and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, and more. Everything on his plate was genuinely delicious and comforting. Even though the Stranger Things pop-up is no longer available (they rotate themes--SpongeBob is currently up), I'm so glad we made the drive.
