I left multiple messages expressing my concerns, call back and finally spoke to the receptionist, who then lied and said that she called and left me a message. Basically told me that I would not receive a refund for something that I did not request which is a very unprofessional way to run a business. Though these people were nice at first, I truly believe that they are just out for money and try to make you feel like you're getting a good discount even though they are making over one grand for about half an hour of work. He only give a drop at a time which amounts to ten or more injections. Then he yanks on the teeth creating huge pain. When I continued in pain he told me to go away in one breath and in the next he said he would give me more freezing. WHICH IS IT? So I left rather upset and they phoned my new dentist to tell them I was a "difficult patient." So it is BLAME THE VICTIM all the way. I have reported both the dentist and his front end staff to the College of Oral Health Practitioners and expect the investigation to begin soon. If you love pain, DT dental is the place to go.
