They also fill your meds, and hold on to them for 2 days because "that's our store policy." If you have a 30 day prescription, they do not count the day you picked it up, and they will not release your meds until the 30th day. It makes NO sense at all. It goes through insurance 2 days earlier, they fill it but Hoard it for 2 full days! Then you have to call them the same day and wait for them to release the meds which doesn't happen until the evening of the 30th day. It's nothing but a hassle!! They also leave you on hold forever, hang up in your face. I Understand being "busy," but what are they getting out of holding someone's prescription that they ALREADY GOT PAID FOR, and waiting to release it. It's just an annoying inconvenience! Not to mention how many times my doctor has called in my scripts and they say "we haven't received it yet." But 2-3 hours later "oh sorry he did call it in." So I end up battling with my doctor for nothing. I wouldn't go here ever again! Losing prescriptions, making you wait. Every month I have to go hell just to get my prescriptions.

The insurance company to date has not received anything. Not even the email of the forms to the agent herself. When we call either the answering service picks up or we are sent to voicemail. I was told at 10:30 am this morning the business manager would be getting in touch with me. It is now 8:24pm and still nothing. This happened June 3rd. Today is July 17th. How long does it take to email forms? I worked in a doctor's office and it took me all of 5 minutes to email forms and call to confirm receipt. Every time we call now, they are busy with patients. What business manager is performing dental work on patients? How stupid do you think your patients are? They are avoiding our calls after the agent asked fir that check to be returned. I need these teeth extracted by an oral surgeon for pre-op clearance for hip replacement surgery, that it took me 2 years ripping and running around Chicago, Oak Park, Orland Park, and Crestwood Illinois to find a surgeon that will finally relieve me of this hell and excruciating pain. Due to Blue Island Smile's incompetence, and unethical practice my ortho surgeon refuses to do my surgery until the teeth are removed leaving me with a big SSA bill, no coverage to get the teeth removed by the oral surgeon and more months of excruciating and debilitating hip, nerve and groin pain. Thanks for messing it up for me. All this new technology and it has taken 3 weeks to send an email to an insurance agent.

The horror begins...I am waiting in the sitting area for 2.5 HOURS! Remember, IT"S ONLY A CUT/TRIM!!! I finally take peek and notice my daughter under the dryer with 2-strand twists. My initial thought was "okay, shorter than we discussed" I was not impressed. I asked if layers were put in because I could see different lengths. Couldn't really gauge the cut because the 2-strand twists made everything lay different. Once home and daughters hair washed I could truly see the cut, her hair was completely JACKED up!!! OMG!! HORRENDOUS! I sent an email and the owner responded with an apology and he told me he would look into it the next day and get back to me. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't heard back. But, I would not recommend KellyAnn for "textured hair". My daughter's hair looks like an overgrown mullet. Her hair has 2 distinct levels opposed layers. The salon owner apologized but without following up on his initial email, I have determined that customer satisfaction is not his priority being he has not resolved this complaint. Do not talk or sing over the music on the radio. Only these two stations allowed 107.5 & 102.7" I almost took a pic to submit it to the Passive Aggressive Notes website. Anyway, it definitely beats paying $75 bucks in downtown and South Loop for the same results. I'll be back.
