The fish was clearly stressed out, we moved them over to a quarantine tank to hopefully help it and the fish died this morning. Now I'm praying the rest of my fish don't get sick, like other reviews have stated. They ask everyone for their water parameters, I think they need to start checking their own.

I did a bunch of watching and reading online and so I have tons for good questions that they were able to answer. I enjoyed seeing the other tanks as well. Great place for anyone that is serious about their tank. Please note that they open only two days per week and so you need to make time to visit. It's worth your wait.

I recently had a critical failure with my one my RO/DI units when out of town. I was able to get in…read morecontact with Dave even after business hours. He even went as far as contacting the manufacturer of the unit to let them know and worked to get the issue resolved for me. He got a replacement unit installed and checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left. It's always stressful going out of town and leaving your hobby/investment at home. Having someone like Dave on call in case of emergency really helps take away a lot of the stress.
