She made a mildly stressful situation go smoothly and I could not be more happy to have met her and worked with her. But please, I implore you, get a logo redesign and have the labels created professionally. Even using a local graphic design student or a free Canva subscription would be a huge upgrade! The business name is also completely nonsensical and I would reconsider that as well. I've literally never left a comment like this but I promise it comes from love and concern. The actual products look good and they deserve packaging that shows that!

I made an appointment to go back to CORRECT his original work from my surgery (on my own dime). When I drove from Lansing to the scheduled consult, at his Jackson office, the receptionist told me he was out of town. I requested a call back from the Dr. once he returned, no call. Then, I followed up and was told he is aware that I requested a call. The Dr. and his office is either arrogant or incompetent, either way I would not reccommend becoming a patient unless you want to pay your hard earned money for a number of disappointments. Advice to Dr. Sampson and Staff: Please be respectful of your customers time and feelings. I took time from work to discusss correcting a procedure that didn't turn out well. I made a sincere attempt to develop a relationship with you and your office by going back for a correction to my first procedure. You could care less!! A Doctor patient relationship should be a transaction of trust. You broken mine for no good reason. I am very disappointed and hurt!
