I had a great experience with every person that interacted with me. My artist injector, Vonne, is so talented. I'm very satisfied. There are some points I want to put out there for the clinic. It was warm and stuffy in the lobby as well as the rooms. Being hot or warm can dilate blood vessels which could increase bleeding during an injection procedure. Lastly, the person who brought me in was nice, as well as the other person who did my consultation. However, the short interaction they had between each other in front of me made me feel sorry for the person consulting me. She asked where the mirrors were and the other person just said "I don't know, I don't know," and closed the door. It just seemed dismissive and they offered no help. I feel an uncomfortable heavy frozen feeling and it's extremely noticeable that my eyes have changed shape. My eyes matched before I did this procedure, I was only trying to address my 11 lines. I've done this before at other places and have never had a result like this. I am really sad about my eyes and there is no way to fix it, I just have to spend the next few months looking like this. I've been to NakedMD before, but this was my first time visiting this location and the experience was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in. The first girl I spoke with was super sweet and initially recommended filler for what she thought were chin shadows causing the divot on the side of my chin. Later, Kennedy came in, took more time to assess everything with me, and explained that it actually wasn't my chin shadows -- I simply needed the divot itself filled with a different type of filler. I received collagel at this medspa about a month ago. During the procedure, a complication occurred that has left a persistent red mark on my cheek, it hasn't changed at all! I have received fillers for my cheeks two times with different providers and this has never happened before. I understand that complications are a risk of any procedure. My 1-star review is not because the complication happened; although they may be at fault too and I will figure that out when I visit my dermatologist, it is because of the spa's response. Not to mention, I am hoping to get the results from the collagel, I am not optimistic about that either. A professional medical spa should stand by its patients and its outcomes. They should take responsibility for managing any complications that arise from their own procedures. This spa failed to do that. I cannot recommend a practice that abandons a patient as soon as something doesn't go perfectly. I am truly devastated by this. And I really this never happens to anyone. Also, don't be fooled by their pricing. It's not worth it. For instance, they split forehand to pieces and you may think botox is cheaper here, it's not. read more

Last week, I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a very kind and professional staff member named Stephanie. She was incredibly accommodating, took the time to understand my needs and budget, and walked me through different pricing options for tox and filler. I genuinely appreciated how thorough and transparent she was, and I left the call feeling confident and ready to book. I let her know I'd be calling back once I figured out childcare, as I have young kids. At no point during that conversation was I told that pricing could fluctuate frequently. When I called back just one week later, I spoke with a different staff member, and the experience was completely different. She came across as dismissive and questioned the pricing I had previously been given, saying she didn't know where those numbers came from. The new quotes--especially for filler--were significantly higher, and she wasn't even able to locate the Dysport pricing I had been told the week prior. It honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that pricing can vary, but such a drastic change within a week, without any prior mention, feels misleading and inconsistent. I was really looking forward to trying this place, but this experience raised some red flags. Just a heads up to others: if you're quoted a price, it may not be the same even a week later. read more

(It's one of the main reasons I will continue with other services) They listened to what I wanted and as a first time consumer and testing the waters and made me feel respected and heard. My aesthetician was named Nenny and this woman is so damn sweet and caring!! I had a minor hiccup (I drink coffee daily so I came back twice in a month) and she was super helpful and thoughtful. Zero star. Let me share my experience. I was in the studio for a full one hour just for chin tox. I don't know why they had to made me wait for such a long time. Someone came in, and left. And another came in, and left. And wait and wait and wait. Ok, I can wait. But I felt like my time was not respected. And the worst thing is the rip off. I purchased $99 for chin tox. What I got for $99 is only 10 units of Dysport. No wonder they never mention or clarify how many units of what product you can get for the price on their ad. If I had knew it, I would have not purchased the rip off deal. You can get 1 unit of Dysport only for $5-6 at most med spas. And 10 units of Dysport does nothing. 10 units of Dysport equivalent for about 5 units of Botox. My chin had NO difference at all. So be aware, people. You're welcome! I will never come back to NakeMD. I just wasted my time and money. I am very unhappy with them. PS Let me update. I went to a different med spa yesterday and I was told 3 Dysport is about 1 unit of Botox. So 10 Dysport is only 3 units of Botox. Duh! read more
