Originally she told me I was a great candidate/had perfect eyelids for permanent eyeliner, but once I was committed to the service it was another story. She explained it's not an exact science, we would need to play the shape of the tattoo and the duration of the work by ear. She doesn't listen. It's frustrating. I know what I like. I'm a very grown adult. I asked for brown, Carol said we have to do black. She doesn't like how brown fades. I asked for a thick, rounded arched line, Carol told me my eyelids wouldn't hold it. I ended up with a thin black line in a shape that's almost square, not round/arched like I was hoping for. It changes a lot about your look to have eyeliner with sharp edges on your eyes. I am really sad. But at that point it's a tattoo on your face. What can you do! It will need to be fixed by a different person. The worst part is Carol kept my $200 deposit to put toward a "future appointment" and still charged me full price on the day of the service. That's a terrible scammy business practice. I don't want a future appointment. So I'm just out of luck. She stole $200. Shame on you Carol. Listen to your clients! You may not like brown, it's my face! You should know by looking if you can't perform the service as requested. You behaved very cavalierly with someone else's money and eyes.

I made another appointment, and she canceled again. Of course, she requires pre-payment before you can schedule an appointment. Upon review of her cancellation policy: "You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows." However, the customer is unable to charge her for her missed appointments. I finally had my eyebrows microbladed and scheduled for the touch-up appointment one-month later, and you guessed it...she canceled on me again. Suffice to say, after six canceled appointments and numerous text messages, and excuses galore; I gave up. The moral of the story...DON'T DO IT!
