I've been to NakedMD twice since they opened, and I'm beyond impressed! The location is super convenient with plenty of parking options--there's a lot across the street, valet, and some street parking as well. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. During my first visit, I came in for lip filler and to address under-eye volume loss. Anita and Katrina took the time to listen and helped me create a customized treatment plan. I decided on Collagel under the eyes and a half syringe of filler for my lips. The results were exactly what I wanted--I look refreshed and more youthful without looking overdone! On my second visit, Anita again provided a thoughtful consult, and Emma handled my injections. I loved my initial results so much that I opted for Collagel again, plus a bit along my jawline and some Botox (because why not?). I also had a facial with Caroline beforehand, which I highly recommend as part of the experience. Overall, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at NakedMD. I went in for my first ever lip fillers and it was auch a great experience. The ladies were so precessional and sweet and my aesthetician was Linda, she was everything you would want on your first experience. I absolutely love the uniforms was down to the hair and so put together. I initially planbed to do the half syringe because as my first time I was kind of anxious, but as we were done, I realized I wanted another half. It was already separated and I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay for two halves and can pay for just a whole. The ladies communicated, found a half syringe, and just charged me for a full. I didn't want any filler towards the oral commisures ( end of lips), and Linda respected that for me, she did save some in the syringe at the end in case we wanted to add it somewhere specific and once she had me smile and do all of these things I realize oh goodness I definitely need some over there at the end. update: spoke to the director of the that location yesterday. i was incredibly hopeful that we would be able to come to a resolution, but unfortunately we did not. i wanted a refund, and she stated they cannot do that because they can see that i clearly have filler. it didnt matter that it is not what i was asking for, what matters is that they injected me. i inquired about having tox put in my jaw for my TMJ in lieu of the refund, but that was also declined because "its a different part of my face". i had stated multiple times that i would not be back for anything with my lips, but was still pushed for other options with them (lip flip), and i only inquired about the tox as middle ground. that conversation proved furthermore that they do not care about their clients or experience. i will be reporting them to the BBB from here. stay away. read more

I had such a great experience at NakedMD! Jessica took care of my lip filler. She did a great job. I started to feel a bit hot and overwhelmed (oop nerves) and she got me a little fan and a juice to help tide me over at the appointment. She was patient, thorough, and so nice! I also really enjoyed the lady who helped me out before and walked through my lip goals and pricing options. I wish I caught her name. My only downside was timing. I got the numbing cream and waited for almost 30 minutes pre-filler when I was told 10. No worries because I wasn't in a rush, but that would be the only "negative" thing to report.
