When I asked if he could fix his first job, he gave me dismissive and annoyed responses about how he was busy and couldn't until 4 days later-- but I agreed and when I returned the horrible attitude continued. He completely ignored me when I greeted him, and was even more aggressive with my hands. When I was sharing my concerns about the last job, he was rude with his responses. I decided to tell him I no longer wanted to continue getting them fixed, and I got up and left. This was all with no attempt on his end to fix his mistakes. I had to bring my 1-year-old daughter because my babysitter had to cancel and I needed this haircut. Brooke is also a mom and was super understanding and patient! Not only did I get an amazing haircut, but she was pleasant and didn't make me feel bad for bringing my baby. When I had to take a second to nurse, she just continued working on the other side.
