I chose a conservative mauve pink but when I saw him painting a really bright, almost neon orange on the first toe I politely told him it was the wrong color. I showed him again. The second time he brought a bright neon pink, removed the previous polish on the big toe with polish remover and did not clean it with alcohol or apply a base coat. Bright neon pink still isn't mauve but I just kept quiet. It was a clean salon with many polish choices, but I'm not sure I'll go back. Color is a very important part of a service.

The lady doing my nails did a poor job and did not pay attention to me. When I told I had to leave due to an emergency she was rude and cut my nails short. She then filed down my nails very short and told me to get out. I also witnessed them being inattentive and unprofessional by the lady leaving my friend their with nails unfinished and then goes to another client and does their pedicure. Very rude. She also made my friends nails look like duck nails when she asked for straight. The tops of the acrylic were bubbly looking. I already knew the place was bad when I saw on shelves that there were nail polish bottles that had settled, meaning it had been setting there for over a year with no use. I also noticed they had stacks of old nails by where they did manicures. Some of the stuff like glitter and things you could tell were old products. And the lay out of the place is very ghetto & weird. There's like 20 pedicure chairs, and only 3 manicure desks, with only one being in use, the other two desks were used for storage of their junk. I mean, hilarious. The health dept. also needs to do a full sweep soon on this business, esp. at random. I have never seen such a thing. When my friend told her (Female wife nail tech) that there was an emergency and we needed to leave, she said " Well you realize I have to cut your nails" then she slapped my friends hand away and told her to leave.

Don't worry I'm not done. It'll look great when that was done. They do not look great. They do not feel great. They make me want to cry because they do not make me happy. They are not nice pretty nails. I don't get to get my nails done often and when I can get them done I want them to look fucking amazing and they don't look amazing. There are ridges. There are bumps.
