Walked in, they had a sign that says, cash for under $10, doesn't accept American Express. When I tried to pay, handed her my card, and saved $ for a cash tip. When I went to pay, they told me cash only. I told them I didn't see a sign, but then they kept pressuring me to pay cash, asking me how much cash I had in my wallet.I did have cash, that they could see, and kept telling me to pay something in cash. My nails $80 Basic Pedicure, gel manicure, and a kid's polish for fingers and toes. I ended up paying $40 in cash and the rest on my card. I didn't appreciate how, with no sign, they (2 women) were arguing with me to use cash. Plus, my nails aren't even filed evenly. read more

I complained about the dirty station because nail salons should be clean and sanitized. The technician did not sanitize her hands before touching me. She seemed agitated when I did not have cash! When I shared my concern about uncleanliness, the mgr. did not receive it well and told me that I was the only one to say that, in a nasty tone. I will never return to this dirty, junky shop! read more

I stopped going here because the owner was the only one who could do powder dip nails. She is a rather nasty person who also caused me to bleed when doing the manicure. read more

Worst nail experience ever! Jessica was extremely rough and tore my skin open on multiple fingers with the grinder- this is re used on customers so sure hope there's no bloodborn pathogens. She filed so much nail away that she started filing my skin at which point I pulled my hand away and she proceeded to reprimand me!! No thank you!! read more

I'm the main of honor for a wedding. The bride, a bridemaid, and I went there tonight to get our nails done before the wedding Saturday. To start: They were nice, but there foot spa jets were poor. My chair didn't even work and with the other two girls jets on, I barely could feel anything. It was not relaxing. I could feel grit at the bottom of the tub and I question if it was even cleaned. As I was getting my gels (okay), I overheard the guy there arguing with the bride that she was "too picky" and refused to work on her acrylics anymore because she was unhappy with how he filed them. She thought that it was crooked, so he responded with "you have crooked fingers." This is when he took out the clippers and said "okay I will cut them all off. You can go somewhere tomorrow morning where you can get something that will make you happy." her nails were already ruined and had no other choice but to have him finish. 1. the customer is always right. Don't argue with the customer, just work with them. 2. do not say mean things about the customer because you did a bad job 3. do not tell soon-to-be brides that they are too picky - they get what they want 4. of all things, you said you would not continue on/finish her nails. This is just rude. We are a paying customer. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. read more

Visiting the area for a few months and was on the hunt for a good nail salon. On two separate occasions I stopped in and was told they were very busy, come back later. First time it was a man and there was one customer, second time it was a lady and also one customer. Not sure what their deal is about waiting but apparently they don't want you to. One thing I did notice on second trip was the place is very dirty, cobwebs around the window and just not a clean establishment. Was happy to find a much nicer place right down the road. read more

Can I give zero stars? Worst manicure of my entire life. The woman who did my nails was rough, and pulled my cuticles. She only did one coat, never once asked me to go and wash my hands, as the manicurist who painted my mother's hands did. The nail polish was painted on sloppily- so we asked if she could take the excess paint off. We asked her twice to do it then we finally got another person to do it. I now have three band aids on my fingers because of the bleeding cuticles. I keep my nails moisturized- and they told me I had dry skin. Honestly, I don't think this woman had a license. read more

This place is terrible! I went here rather than my normal salon because I was in the area. I needed to get old gel polish removed and just wanted new, regular polish applied. I went to pick a polish color from the selections and most were dried up and crusty! *Strike One* In order to get most gel polishes off, the nail needs to be soaked in acetone. I was forced to shove both of my hands in a tiny ass bowl of acetone and leave them there for at least 20 minutes before I was helped! *Strike Two* After finally getting my old polish off, the man proceeded to repaint my nails without even shaping or filing them. *Strike Three* He also put the coats on too quickly and they didn't dry properly. I have creases and smudges on my nails. *Strike Four* Last, but not least, the place is a dump. Missing ceiling tiles, dead plants, ripped chairs....I should've known lol! *Strike Five* I guess that's what I get for trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Trust me, don't go here! read more

Not clean. Not friendly. Awful work. My daughter and I had a new set of acrylics put on. They painted my cuticles. My daughter had acrylic and paint all over her fingers. The guy working on my daughters set was rushing but when she told him it was for prom he slowed down...a little. They seemed irritated and asked if that was it when wrote in the top...I left 20%!!! Even though they most certainly did not deserve it. I had them look at my daughters nails so they could see the mess they were and at least try and clean them up. The young girl who is supposed to be pretty good (she did not do our nails) seemed disturbed by what she saw and asked us who did them. The clean up was terrible. We tried to fix them at home. Our nails began lifting up within a few days. I wish I could say my daughter and I had the same person but we did not. We had 2 different nail techs. My daughters nails had to be taken off and a new set put on. They were able to "fix" mine. Needless to say we went to another salon to have this done. I will not go back. As I realized when I went to another salon, Nails Only missed steps and rushed their work. read more

The prices are not consistent. I went for a gel polish change and this time they charged me $5.00 to take old polish off. I would think and "polish change" would include taking off old polish. The tech argues that she had charged that in the past but I know what I paid before! Needless to say she did not get a tip today and I will go elsewhere because of her attitude. read more

This place is horrible ... I've been going here on and off for awhile just because it's close... today I went in, asked what I wanted which was a fill, waited 25 minutes because no one mentions how long it would be 'only 2 people working and only two customers in there' .. the lady comes over asking again what I wanted, I tell her and the guy gives me attitude saying he would be right with me .. sat there looking like wtf? The lady came up to me and asked me what I wanted and I get attitude? What happened to great customer service?! Needless to say I got right up and walked out and will never go back there again, ridiculous!!!! read more
