We're from metro area so to get the same (if not better quality) honestly is excellent!! I'm super glad we came. The precautions due to covid made us feel safe. They even sent us home with the foot scrubbing tools they used on us-perfect for reuse and less waste in the landfills so total win! I did gel polish on my toes and contemplated doing a full set of acrylics the whole time, they seemed to have a great collection of colors. I had shown a picture of what color nails I wanted (light blue) and the guy and I both pointed at a light blue just like the color shown in the pictures and he proceeded to paint my nails GREEN. I also wasn't impressed with him shaping my nails while wet. The place itself wasn't very clean and I will not be back ever again. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

Bad experience right from the phone call. I tried to make an appointment two business days ahead. The lady who answered the phone told me 10:00 am but wouldn't take my name. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told to come back at 2:00. Once I told them that I was told to come at 10:00 and had driven 45 minutes, they said to pick a color. The man had me soak my nails in acetone. The woman kept removing my old dip with a drill and scarred up my previously healthy nail beds and even cut my cuticles with the drill. She couldn't find the color I chose so I had to pick another. The man then gave me the worst dip mani I've ever had. The finished product was bumpy and uneven with extra dip all over my cuticles. I get dip manicures every two weeks down state. This manicure is going take my nails 6 months to recover from. Do your nails a favor and stay away. read more

Shaped weird, poorly colored, rushed, asked for nude pink and I got baby pink. Lines are crooked. Never coming here again.

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for the last 40 years. This had to be the worst. The salon was dirty don't know how it passes inspection the Tech was dirty, kept having to quit doing my nails so he could attend to the phone and scheduling. Had asked him to make sure he got all dirt and trim nails left the diet and put nails on top. Burnt to cuticles still have blood on both areas. By the time it was time to wash my hands I was over it and left very unsatisfied without any polish and $35 of wasted money. Two of my nails had pits in them where they've already disintegrated. I've recently moved to Houghton Lake from the Detroit Metro area. I was afraid I'd gave a hard time finding a good nail salon. I was thrilled to find Nails II! I've been a few times now. My nails have been done perfectly every time. There are choices for pedicures that range in price/time, which I love. I've done both the basic and Spa pedicures, and both were awesome. The price for services us comfortable with what I paid downstate, but the quality is actually better. I get acrylics, and they last longer than when I had them done downstate. The staff is friendly. They sterilize tools before use. I've already begun recommending this salon to people I meet. read more

My mom& i got pedicures. They didn't do moms cuticle & her nails weren't even painted all the way it looked like she had 2 weeks of grow out on her toes the day she got them from far away they didn't look horrible but when u spend $60 on pedicure u don't wanna have to go get ur nails REDONE as soon as u get home because they did a halfassed job...i fought with them 3 times in my big toes that the chunk that had been broken out of it was NOT filled out yet as i can see it & stick my nail in it &he's telling me it is. I finially stuck his nail in it. REALLY? So he fixed/filled it AGAIN still there's a chip out of the end. I shouldn't have to check ur work 3 times I'm suppose to beable to relax! I had to come home&file my other nails cuz they Did such a shit job they were catching on the blankets &ripping them...so why did i spend $60 to redo my own nails&Ron my NEW pedicure after fighting with u3 times that they weren't files...they rush do a halfassed job &don't pay attention to results.
