I was very unhappy with the service that done. I came back today to ask to get them fixed and the guy was being extremely rude to the point where I wanted to start crying. He was blaming me saying my nails were thick and uneven because "that's the way they grow", he was also being very rough, which I knew was intentional because he was not being that rough the day before. And overall he was just giving me so much attitude. As a hairstylist myself I completely understand not having a happy customer and having to redo something, and going back to get them fixed was not a big deal to me. But no paying customer should ever be treated with the level of disrespect that I got today.

Also, the guy who then painted her nails did not do a manicure yet we were charged for it. Meaning, it took him all of about 15 minutes to do her nails they were lumpy and awful looking.
