They remembered everything; asking how my family was doing, work, my kids, etc. It was surprising how much they remembered after not seeing them for such a long time and it was definitely a good feeling. They really have great customer service, forming a personal bond with their clients and taking interest in their lives. Plus they do a great job on my nails!
