The staff is very attentive, right down to making sure I was comfortable by tucking a cushion behind my back when I was leaning forward during my manicure. I've never seen them so weak and literally soft. It's awful. I choose shellac for its durability and long-lasting results but the tools they used to weaken my nails have significantly shortened the lifespan of my manicure. My nails lasted 2 days before bending and breaking and over a month later I am still dealing with the damage to my nails.
