The staff is very attentive, right down to making sure I was comfortable by tucking a cushion behind my back when I was leaning forward during my manicure. I have naturally strong nails but they buffed my nails so much that they are now fragile and breaking. *Edit, they have all broken and are incredibly flimsy. I've never seen them so weak and literally soft. It's awful. Though the manicure looked good at first, the fact that they've damaged my nails so much that they are breaking is enough that I can say I will not return. I choose shellac for its durability and long-lasting results but the tools they used to weaken my nails have significantly shortened the lifespan of my manicure. My nails lasted 2 days before bending and breaking and over a month later I am still dealing with the damage to my nails.
