Tina is amazing, and as long as I am in San Diego, I will be going to her for my nails. The shop is clean, sterile, and customers are offered a beverage upon arrival. The level of professionalism blew me away... watched firsthand them dealing with a rude customer who refused to pay, and there's no way any other shop would've handled the situation the same. They have the best pricing for the services provided that I have witnessed in San Diego County. 10/10 recommend, every time!

There have been times when I want no design at all and there is never any pressure for an up-sale. I'm really hard on my nails and she's brought in new product for me to ensure they're as durable as possible. She really has gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. I started to see her during Covid because I trusted her protocols and (as someone who went to cosmo school) I appreciate her high standards when it comes to sanitation. The salon suite is always spotless! Highly highly recommend - I'm so happy I found her!!

Visited Tip2Toes twice now for a gel mani and pedi…read more I didn't even know gel pedis were a thing until a friend suggested a get one. Who knew! I've been able to call a couple days before just to secure and get an apt. It does seems like others make apts for day and get them. I love that Tip2Toes is in PB- the people watching is great, and makes the time go by fast. The first time I visited, they simultaneously worked on both my feet and hands- I felt totally spoiled and definitely a life you can get used to. The second my nails were done first and then later my feet. Either way works. I'm happy the staff is nice and professional. The spa chairs are very comfortable and there is nothing like getting a pedi while getting a massage on your back. They have a good selection of gel colors and they appear to do a lot of custom work as well. All in all great experience and reasonable prices. Thank you ladies! p.s. I hope the review from the horrible lady on the hospital bed makes it to the bottom of the cue- it is absolutely out of context and irrelevant.

I'm seriously overjoyed & blown away, I can't believe it's been so long since my last visit. Between the quality of work, customer service, and price point-you cannot go wrong with Aero Hair & Nails. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by all the lovely ladies who were busy pampering their clients. Brittany was so sweet and took so much care with my nails. I was really feeling the fall pastel colors, and instead of being able to narrow it down to just ONE color (because apparently I'm incapable of making decisions ), I went with a different color on every finger. Why choose one when you can have them all?! Brittany was incredibly patient and sweet throughout the entire appointment. I ended up staying a little past closing, and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was keeping her there. She continued to take her time and paid attention to all the little details, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Parking was easy, and the location is super convenient you're close to restaurants, a coffee shop, the post office, and even a gas station if you're trying to knock out your whole to-do list in one trip. The only thing I would mention is to double-check pricing if you're doing something outside of a basic fill. I was quoted $44 for the fill, and there was an additional $5 charge for using multiple colors. Since I didn't have any special designs and the polish itself wasn't anything particularly fancy, I was a little surprised by the extra charge. It would have been nice to know about that upfront. That said, I'm still really happy with how my nails turned out, and Brittany did a great job. Sometimes you just need a little TLC... and apparently, that's exactly what I found! Thank you, TLC and Brittany, for the much-needed pampering session!

I normally don't write negative reviews, and I'm honestly not someone who likes to complain, but I…read morefeel like I need to share my experience. I've been coming here for gel sets and have always enjoyed my nails, so this was actually my first time trying acrylics at this salon. Regardless of everything that happened afterward, I really did love how my nails looked when they were finished. I got a set of short acrylic nails, and the total came out to around $90. Unfortunately, shortly afterward, I developed what appears to be a fungal infection on my nails, which I have never experienced before. My natural nails were also chipped and filed down so much that they are now on their last layer. They are extremely thin, sensitive, and fragile, which has been very upsetting because my natural nails were healthy before this appointment. Toward the end of my appointment, the nail technician also seemed to be rushing, and I felt like the service was being finished too quickly. I usually don't speak up when something feels uncomfortable, but I've never experienced anything like this at a nail salon before. I understand that issues can sometimes happen, but paying $90 and leaving with damaged, extremely sensitive natural nails and a possible fungal infection is very disappointing. Especially as someone who has been coming here for gel sets, I really wanted to have the same positive experience with acrylics. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and makes sure proper sanitation, careful filing, and enough time are given to each client.
