I had the worst experience on my recent visit! First, it took 5 hours for them to do my manicure (3hrs) & pedicure(2hrs)! Then they serviced other people, who had come in way after me, before me. If I wasn't so desperate to get my nails and toes done, I would have walked out. At one point, a relative(?) walked in, and they fixed her nail before finishing my manicure. The same person remarked that we should come during the day when it's not as busy (um, people have to work...).
