When i called to make a pedicure appointment for me and my granddaughter, I asked how much each pedicure would cost? I was told $30 each. When we got there the posted sign was $41 for a pedicure. They need to be honest with quoting their prices. read more

Nails filled which was fine. The prices are ridiculous. Paid more than I ever have. Pedicure acrylic paint. Cost way more than nails. He forgot my little toe on one foot. I said cut toe nails short he didn't. Prices too high go somewhere else. read more

In the area for about 6 weeks so I needed to find a salon so I decided to try it out. This place is expensive, especially for a dip!! $74 later! Talk about ridiculous, $10 to have old removed which is nonsense. I've never paid this much for a dip and it didn't even include a manicure. However, the younger gal there did do a great job on my nails but decided I wouldn't be back since it's too overpriced! read more

With the local events going on (Pendleton Whiskey Fest) & the salon I usually go to being booked, I was excited that this place could get me in. I called at 11am to schedule a gel manicure & showed up to my 2pm appointment (10mins) early; only 1 of the 9 spa chairs were taken & there was 1 lady who was getting her nails done. Soon after my arrival, two more ladies showed up for their 2pm appointments as well. We quickly realized the 2 working technicians were out numbered and questioned the appointment scheduling. We made small talk & waited patiently after signing in at which point I observed 3 walkin customers turned away after being told they were "full for the day." After waiting 20mins to be seated one of the techs, who was busy working on a pedicure, quickly foil wrapped my nails (to remove the old polish) and returned to finish the pedicure. An hr after my appointment time the tech finally started on my manicure which took another half hr, in the mean time 3 more customers were turned away. The tech wasnt very friendly (she never spoke a word to me) and the polish was sloppy. She actually cut one of my cuticles & made me bleed which left me no longer looking forward to "the happy ending" (ie. the cuticle rub & lotion massage at the end are always my favorite part!) I also felt like she began to rush thru the rest when 2 ladies walked in for pedicures. Overall I was really disappointed in the service (although I am glad I didn't have to sit and watch the news/soap opera the whole time!) and the time management. I would think that they would schedule more help on such a busy weekend.... Note to self; not worth the time or the money. read more

Made an appointment for 6 for a friend and I. I started at 6 and she didn't even get talked to till about 6:20 we had to sit on the other-side of the room from each other....also when I called I asked if it was extra for french tip on gel nails and I was told no. When I sat down I noticed a gel polish change was $15 I was like sweet! By the end of it I paid $28! Here's the break down. Which I wasn't told at all the price increase for each besides the "kit" $15 gel polish change $5 polish removal $5 french tip $3 kit? Which was told $2 They are so thin the quality of the French just sucks and you can see the polish brush marks as well as pieces of the gel from the "gel removal". I will NEVER step foot in that place again and will for sure be telling ALL my friends. read more

The worst customer service ever. Not only were we not greeted but they also seemed bothered that we walked in. My sister simply wanted a full set at that point I asked if they were closing up soon or if they had a big party coming in, the answer to both questions were no. Why did they seem bothered? I love this Nail Shop! The new owners treat you like family when you come walk in! Mary Ann is an amazing nail artist! Her husband George does the best pedicures. They have added more and new staff. And this is by far the cleanest nail shop I have been in. For me I won't go any place else. read more

If I could give half a star I would. This place has the worst customer service and their skill doesn't make up for it. I went in for a pedicure and they started a chair then walked away from me. There was no direction or anything on where i was to go or who was doing my pedicure. I then sat there in luke warm water for 20 min while they all bustled around, completely ignoring me. After 35 min a man who looked to be their clean up crew /janitor came over and gave me a weak pedicure looking very nervously around him every 10 seconds. Super awkward. He didn't even paint my toes he walked off for 15 min and didn't come back. Some other guy did it. Manicure I went and sat down waiting for someone to do my full set solar nails for another 15 min and eventually some gal dremeled my nails and attempted to put on two really crooked tips. I kept having to make her fix it like she had never done nails before! I felt like a test subject. She eventually just took off the nails and also walked away. I sat there for 30 min again waiting for someone to come fix my now clipped and sanded nails. Eventually a different guy came over and told me the black tips I wanted weren't going to stick on my nails well, so I just told him to do reg white French tips. He mumbled something and started on my nails. I let him know I needed them with a lot of white because I wanted them short and he said "ya I know" I'd of smacked him if he didn't have a hold of my hands! He continued to file and file and file and file and eventually was just filing off all the right length I told him I wanted. His reply was "is that short enough?" I proceeded to sit there and watch him shape and file and re apply the acrylic over and over a couple times and get it all over my finger tips. When he finished my nails were all different lengths. I was just appalled by this level of stupidity and unprofessionalism!! As I signed my over priced receipt two of the employees stood there and watched me and then glared when I didn't fill out the tip section! Now mind you I went on a non busy day, at 4 pm. I didn't get out of the salon until 7!! I will never be going back to this place and I sure hope this review helps out anyone questioning if this is a good place to go! On a positive note, I was there so long my toenails were perfectly dry when I left 3 hrs later, lol. read more

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Definitely not worth the price, at all. The polish job was one of the worst to date. My 5 year old niece probably would have done better. My friend left with 3 pounds of polish on her toes and a half assed pedicure. I left with crooked nails that had to be filed yet again and gel almost permanently applied to the bottom of my fingers. How does that happen? Fair warning, DO NOT COME HERE. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to the tri cities for something I can walk away happy with. read more

I would give a 1/2 a star if I could well lets face it I would give a no star.. They have the worst customer service lets not even mention the skills. Today I went into this facility and had the worst experienced I have ever had in my life having a fill done. Trying to tell customers that they should have gel instead of the regular even after they were told no on gel don't want it. Then to top it off when he was trimming my nails it felt like he was going to take my whole off nail, felt like he was using a jigsaw. Then ask if it hurt when I pulled my hand back when I replied yes he said that's what they all say... (that doesn't sound good to me).... My sister was having a full-set (french tip) done and they were telling her that she should have gel done when she said no they replied with you don't want your nails to look nice. What is that suppose to mean? When you have a set done you should leave with your nails looking nice no matter what you pick... She was told that when you don't have the gel done your fingers look dull instead of shinny. Really who tells their customers that? While the guy was putting my sisters nails on he just walked out of the facility not a word from him at all to go order his lunch well that's what he said when he returned to finish her nails. Who leaves their customer just sitting there not knowing what is going on? Well they do... They are really rude, telling customers while they were sitting there getting their nails dried that they were done and should leave. I left with jagged nails and not a happy customer. When I got back home I had to go back over my nails with a file to smooth them out and then redo the top coating.....I was scheduled to have a pedicure done but after what they did to my nails I wasn't about to have them touch my feet. I would never recommend this place to anyone to have nails put on, fills, pedicures or anything else that they offer. read more
