The prices are over the top, not just for hair but for their hair products as well. I had a perm there once and in the end was over $200, the lady didn't even cut my hair the way I wanted and left my bangs completely crooked. She only cut the right side. Not to mention a couple of curlers were put in too tight, leaving me with a weird kink on the left side of my head. My perm was completely uneven, straight on the right side and super curly in the back. When I asked for a refund, the lady was rude and told me "that's the reality of perms" and would not give me my money back. I'm never going there again, nor recommending this place to any of my friends. Especially after having to go to another hair salon and having my hair fixed. read more
