They were rough on my nails! Plus the job she attempted was absolutely rubbish! She didn't cut cuticles, smooth out my nails or even buff them on top of she didn't even shake them! When she finished painting she wanted to cure them, I flat out asked her if she was done? She said yes I paint black. Quality- if I didn't have to give a star I absolutely wouldn't give them any! Vibe- the store absolutely needs cleaner, the counter top is super messy, covered in debris from nails being done, as well as lots of stains. While waiting there was an older couple who kept bringing in weird packages and black bags! Hygiene/ Sterilization- is not being kept up at all! They used un sanitized clippers and other tools- luckily I had my own and asked to use those! Please! Be safe and aware of things here at this business. They also did not wash hands between clients- some clients were having their toes done and then the gal would come back to my nails! I also want to make note they did not have any prices posted- and nail prices for clients in shop would be spouter off- the service workers would argue what the cost was going to be! It's 4:09 PM- and whoever the gal was that did my nails- decided to call my phone because when I made my appointment I called same day. She was telling me how I need to make appointments- I'm well aware of how to make appointments as this isn't my first rodeo getting nails done.
