The main focus is on skin care which I think is amazing, not just a feel good service. Some cosmetic blemishes were taken care of better by Ivy Med Spa than at my dermatologist appointment. I can't say enough good things about this location. They don't try to upsell you which is nice. So ask all the questions about services your interested in and if you want additional skincare items make sure you advocate for yourself.

When I asked for a refund, the lady was rude and told me "that's the reality of perms" and would not give me my money back. I'm never going there again, nor recommending this place to any of my friends. Especially after having to go to another hair salon and having my hair fixed.
