Don't go here!!! Walked in and was told one price for gel. Then after I asked the owner about taking the groupon offered, he said they don't take them. That's funny, because on the groupon it said that exact location. Then when I asked him what the price was again, he told me something different. Omg, this place is horrible! I had a guy work on me in the chair closest to the door! He was insanely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever! He snapped at me the entire appointment, either my hands were too stiff, or I was moving to much! He even got mad at me because I wanted to change a design on one finger and said " that would of been nice to know before"! Then their prices are insane, each color is a fee, each design is a fee, a different style is a fee, a topcoat is a fee. At the end, my nails for one time was almost $80, which is insane when most places would charge $25 for the same thing. Won't be back! read more

Well... 70 bucks for acrylics is crazy because of the crap service we got. It's totally my fault for not asking prior of pricing but my issue is, the lady doing my nieces nails cut her. Went here with a friend we often go get pedicures and this was by far the worst most pedis are all inclusive but here if you change or add anything it's an additional $5 just spent 5 minutes getting nail polish off the side of my toe and I have gotten so much better pedis for cheaper with a better quality than this place I will not be going back Any positive reviews are probably family of employees or employees themselves read more

The first pedicure I got here was okay. Went back for a pedicure and full set since it's right next to work. My nails were like goo. They literally just peeled right off - acrylic. Something wasn't cured correctly or something and I have never in my life been somewhere where they didn't clean up your nails after the fact. There were shaving and acrylic still stuck to the under beds of my nails. Almost every single one of my fingers got sliced open. He seemed very uninterested and unfocused while doing my nails. They closed at 7:30 and I finished at 7:20 so I waited until the next day to go back and have them fixed. I was shamed the whole time I was getting them fixed - I have never gone back to a nail salon and had them redone like that so I felt bad as it was even with it not being my fault. read more

Horrible quality for a large price. They were very aggressive and basically filed the skin of my nails off. It was the most painful thing i've ever experienced at a nail salon. The tips they put on are glued to my fingers and there is a lot of pressure on my nails. The paint job was horrible and they didn't listen to what I wanted. They scraped off the gel violently with a cuticle pusher, I thought they were going to permanently damage them. They don't have a set price, so they make up one in the spot. Definitely overpriced. They were also very disrespectful and talk to people like they're stupid. They stereotyped hispanics and we're mocking accents. Do not come here, a waste of money and patience. read more

I am so disgusted about this experience. I had a woman start on my nails that was elderly. She took 3-4 minutes to sand off one nail. I could tell it would take an extremely long time, and I have never been one to rush nails or ask to be out by a certain time. The lady next to her could tell I was a little anxious. I came in at 5:30 (when my appointment was) and didn't get started until 5:45 - I needed to be somewhere by 7:15. I asked how long a fill typically takes, and let them know I had to be out by around 7 (I figured 1 1/2 would be plenty of time). A couple minutes later they switched me nail techs. The older woman started (obviously) talking about me, and I apologized over and over. The woman kept talking about me. I started with the other woman and she would even walk right behind me and say one word...obviously about me. The woman that was helping me was nice at first, but towards the end she started speaking quite a bit to the elderly woman. She wouldn't talk to me the last 10 minutes, and burnt the hell out of my finger with the dremal. I am so appalled I will never return here, not to even mention they charge $15-20 more than any other salon for a fill. They are so beyond rude. I was in tears when I left. I used to go to a different nail salon down the street, until I happened to stop by here. It is always quiet and relaxing, with AC in the summer and heat in the winter (the other salon I went to had no AC, even in the middle of summer). This was just one thing that will keep me coming back here. Every time I come in I have to wait maybe a minute to be seated, I've never had to wait more than two minutes to get my nails worked on! This is another reason I LOVE this salon! Everyone is always friendly and nice, and they are gentle (as they can be) when doing my nails. I always do stilettos, and if you've had them done you know how painful it can be. That is not the case here. They always take good care of me, and check in every few minutes to make sure I like the shape and length. Every time I come in I get a different nail tech, and you're ALL AWESOME! I this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. We had to wait over 1 hr. Unprofessional and very, very dirty. Brian was yelling at us in front of other customer saying the F---- word. I have never had an employee say the F---- word and think it was ok. I was not happy with any of the service and they didn't even finish and he still wanted to charge full price. I don't think that any business should be able to treat any one like I was treated. We went and sat in the chairs and waited a hour before we decided that we were going to leave because out of the four of us they only finished one of us, and when she was done the person went a grabbed a new customer before helping one of the three who had been waiting an hour. I bite my nails really bad. Gross habit but I cant stop unless I have artificial nails on so I have been to many, many places over the years to get them on. Brian uses a technique where he puts clear nails on and then uses a tool to make the nail look like where its supposed to be. I've also had nails on for 30-40 days without a refill and they don't lift. He does excellent work, I recommend him anytime someone compliments me on my nails! read more

I have been going here for at least two years and I will never go back! Last time I was there it took them 3.5 hours to do a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was so lazy and half asked. I feel like the only thing they accomplished was changing my toe nail color and even then I could have done a better job myself at home. When my pedi was done they had me wait to have my nails done. This is fine except that three walk Ins got done while I waited. I asked Brian the owner of they were appointments and he said , "no darling just walk in." I have always said that a nail tec should be able to paint your nails with out it going all over your skin, and being so uneven. I walked in & asked for a gel polish they showed me the color scheme and noticed that the way the nails were painted was EXTREMELY SLOPPY, so I asked what the price would be for it and the guy responded 25.00 so I told him in the friendliest way possible with embarrassment, I was okay and decided to leave. He was already holding my hand to start and when I said this he threw my hand back and said okay go find a better price!!! It was so rude especially considering I tried to be so nice about it! I was not going to spend 25.00 on a bad nail polish application. I always go to LJ nails in sandy, and it's only 20.00 but I didn't have time to drive so far this time. Horrible place. We went there for my sisters birthday and there was a Laos lady that did both of our eyebrows. Not only was she sassy but she did a horrible job at waxing my eyebrows. She basically ripped off a chunk of my skin over one eye and a bit on the other eye. I dont usually care to look at my wax job because I trust the person knows what they're doing so I just left not knowing why this particular wax job left my eyelid stinging so badly after. This is the worst place EVER, first they charge you a surcharge to use a debit card, $1 I can guarantee they are not charged a buck for each transaction. They don't care about the customer. I received a gift certificate for my birthday in December and I was so hesitant to go because of the reviews I read over and over. But, I was dying to get a mani and pedi and decided to go in yesterday. I arrived at about 11 am with no appointment made - walked in and was greeted by all and they got me seated for a pedicure. I did the basic pedicure but even so, it was nice and relaxing. The young lady who had given me a pedicure was gentle and I was surprised that almost all the tools she gave me were all brand new in packages. At the end she had asked if I wanted to keep the toe separators and a foot scrub sponge thing. I refused because I knew I would be back for another pedicure soon.
