Me and my friend picked out our colors, and were sent to the back of the salon, holding eachother so we don't pass out form the smell. Then we where met by two unprofessional attendants. One blabbered on about her (extremely) personal life including her anxiety and marital problems. The other told my nails would probably chip in 3 days. To take my gel off, she dunked my whole hand in a bowl put nail polish remover and tried to SCRAPE my whole nail off. I asked for square nails and she cut each nail a different length to add some pizzaz. This took about half an hour. I honestly would've given them a good review even though the service was bad if the nails were decent. But they are Horrible. The llines uneven on the sides, and some parts are super thick and others have marks on them. I could.have done a better job without getting a headache from the smell and having to listen to the attendants argue over who got the tip left on the counter. nails look worse than when I got them, and the woman destroyed them by trying to chisel off the gel. She even put lotion on my hands, and then told me to rinse it off because she couldn't do the nails with the grease on them.... every nail has an issue and looks different than the one next to it only one word fits this salon: ratchet!

Out of us 6 girls they messed up the brides nails. She sat there for 4 hours - she asked for white sparkles. Nothing fancy. After passing her to 3 different nail techs she finally had enough. She was kind enough to still tip even tho she was extremely unhappy. After having a complete breakdown she called a different nail tech who was able to save her! We made a 10pm trip to her house.
