I've been here twice now. The pedicure was basic, nothing special or bad about it. I won't be going back and here's why: 1.) I had appointments but many people "walked-in" while I was there. Sign says "walk-ins welcome" but the woman working was very rude to them. Most left and the 1 lady who decided to wait was still waiting when I left 35 minutes later. 2.) They use a liner for the basin. In theory this seems like it would be more clean but when the liner is removed the basin is wet so obviously water is getting through. And there is no additional cleaning between clients that I saw. 3.) The lady who did my second pedicure kept putting instruments/pads in the basin during my pedicure. To clean, I guess? But every time I put my foot back in the water as directed I could feel them on the bottom. Not a huge deal but I didn't like it. 4.) this was the deal breaker...when checking out I went to pay I hand her my debit card and she points to the ATM and says "get cash please". I was told they prefer cash so they don't have to pay the fee. So I guess that means I get to pay the atm fee instead. Also, now I'm taking out $60 for a $47 pedi. I had planned on paying with card and a cash tip. Basically none of these are a huge deal but all together it was annoying and not very enjoyable. Horrible service. Beware of 'Diane'. She will change prices and will try to overcharge even though their prices posted on the wall differs and she does a bad job of acrylic nails. She was charging me $20 for short acrylic fill whereas their board reads $17. When I asked her why the $3 extra, then she sulks away ashamed and says, "Ok, for you, $17" Really???? she ignored me when I asked then why quote me $20. My fill is already coming off in 3 days. What a bad job. It only took her 20 mins to do my fill. The chit-chat among the nail techs in their Vietnamese language is non-stop. Really not a 5 second silence in 1 hour I was there. I kept looking at the other customer there, probably Caucasian and we both shook our heads....... lol I will never return and like the other reviewer here said, I should have walked out the moment they greeted me with no class, no care customer service greeting. I paid $38 for this pedicure yesterday (+$2 tip). Less than 24 hours later and paint on every single toe nail is chipped. This is with normal wear and tear, being in socks and shoes all day and taking a shower. Will not be returning! read more

Great place, it's small but they do really good work. I got a pedicure and the massage they gave me was amazing.

I do not recommend this place!!! The lady over charged me for nails I was not satisfied with. As she applied the nail polish she got it on my fingers and some nails came out uneven. My wife goes here and always complains about the price. Most places for a gel fill is $30. Also the man that works there will say the price is something absurd like 50 bucks for a gel fill and wait to see if you make a stink about it, and then if you do he says he was joking. I didn't even have my gel manicure for a day and it already chipped. I went back the next day and they fixed it for free, which I thought was great until now. It's been a full week since I've had my nails done and most of the polish is peeling off. I would not suggest to go here for a manicure, the lady didn't do a good job at all. I should have turned around and walked out after the greeting. I was welcomed by being asked if I wanted a manicure, I asked if they did Shellac. I was then answered with a disappointed (thought I killed their puppy) "oh". They told me to sit down and shoved a basket at me to pick out a color. I did as I was told! After choosing I was told they were out of that color, then they said they found more. The "manicure" took about 20 minutes total, and the color was not the one I chose. I thought at first it would darken after a couple of coats. The girl did not speak during the manicure, except to tell me at one point to go wash my hands-that was a new one to me. After leaving, I noticed how rough my nails were, how she did not get the polish over the entire nail and 4 days later the hang nails began! I will never return. read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I went the day before my wedding for a simple french tip. The lady doing my nails tried to get me to purchase a more expensive package four times, even after my continuous refusal. One of these times, she even tried to trick me into saying yes -- "So I will do the gel for you, then?" "No, I just want the normal polish, thank you." "Okay, yes, I understand, I'll just do the gel for 5 more dollars." "No, really, I don't want the gel." "Yes, five dollars added." "I will not pay anything more than what I'm asking you for." She then told me that the pedicure would not make it through my wedding and I would regret not paying the extra money for something that would last. I still asked for the regular polish, as I've had pedicures before that lasted several days without any problem. She was obviously annoyed, but did just do the regular polish. She was rough and not very careful -- in her attempt to place my hand in front of the fan to dry, she hit the fan and smeared the polish and complained about having to fix it. My nails lasted barely 24 hours before cracking and peeling off completely. read more

I went there for the first time today with my sister in law. I usually go some place else but she insisted this place was awesome! I told them exactly what I wanted. Gel nails with a beach type design on the ring finger. He knicked a sore I had on my finger and it started to bleed in which he told me it was my fault because I didn't take care of my cuticles. When he was done he never put the design on, I asked him about it and he said he already charged the card he already put the top coat on so it was too late, I was just out of luck. When I left my nails weren't on all the way, there was a gap between my skin and the fake nail. I had glue and polish left on my hands. He never cleaned under the nail so I have glue and ruff pieces of nail stuck under my nails. The polish is missing on the sides, I told him about it while he was painting and he said it was my fault because I didn't keep my hand under the light . Plus they just use the same tools over and over again, no new tools, same used dirty files no opportunity to buy a nail kit, no cleaning solution in sight. Horrible job!!!! read more

I have been going to this salon for 8 years. I find the staff friendly and very fast. My nails whether I am doing Gel, Gel Set or Acrylics look fabulous. They occassionally suggest designs and color combo's. The pedi's with hot wax are wondeful sitting in the massage chair and having my legs rubbed is wonderful. Take your own nail kit or they can sell you one for $1.00 read more

This place was TERRIBLE! My technician comes over and her hand is all bloodied! She seemed annoyed that I pointed this out and put a glove on. She first tried to upsell me on French tips (nope), then some weird multicolor polish (nope), then a flower (triple nope). So because I wouldn't take an upsell I get a piss poor job on my gel mani. To the point where I was fixing it myself with the polish. I'd give this a 1 but I read somewhere that nobody reads 1s so I gave it a 2 just to prevent anybody else from wasting their money. read more

Quality of their work has definitely gone down hill and they don't care, they just care about getting paid. I had been going in to this place and never had a problem but one time and then today. The one time I asked them to do the color on my nails she made a big deal but did it and I was happy. Today I went into get a full set done. I had blue polish on my natural nail and she did a bad job at taking off the color on the edges or just went ahead and started glueing nails in and putting in the acrylic. When she started the filing and showing I figured she would make the color come off, but nope. It was very obvious and it's like she didn't even care she just wanted to get done with it. Knowing that I wanted a nude color on my nail, she should have known to take away the blue in my nails and didn't. She also didn't do the sides of the nails with the acrylic right because it didn't go all over the nails...... really half-assed work. When she was done I wasn't sure what to say, so I went over to sit with my daughter while she finished up and then got the courage to tell the owner ( the one who did my nails) that I didn't like them and wanted them off. Instead of asking me what was wrong or what she could fix she proceeded to take them off and when I was finally done soaking and getting the acrylic off I told her I would just be paying for my daughters nails she said that I had to pay for my nails too. When I told her that I didn't think that was ok and that I would come the next day when she had more time to do them right, she was surprised and said "you want me to do them again?" The owner then went on again to say that her brother in law and sister didnt like doing my nails in the past because I was too picky...... what? If you are paying for a service you should be happy with what you're getting.... that's how you know they don't care about proving good service or what the customer gets. I will never go back to that place again. Oh wait, did I mention that the person who did my nails and gave me bad service is the owner, yup, it was her. This place is terrible! Got the worst manicure. The manicurist was texting and giggling the entire time she was doing my nails. She did not trim cuticles so I am left with hang nails I need to trim at home. My 7 year old could have painted my nails better than she did. She was careless. The salon is very dirty and cluttered. WOW!!! I can't believe the service at this joint. These people are completely unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. I was using my boyfriend's card to pay while he was at work nearby. They made my experience horrible and my toe nails look horrible as well. They made my boyfirend leave his job just to come sign.. and they called the police on me 3 times.. They don't even speak english. when they speak english they give you a thousand yard stare and they are unable to effectively communicate the english language. not only that they didn't do half of the service that i payed for. read more

I wish I didn't have to give this place even one star. HORRIBLE service. I got a full set of acrylics and within 4 hours of getting them done one broke. When I went in to get it fixed they were so extremely rude and treated me like it was my fault. The woman fixing it was yelling in vietnamese got all of the other people working there to examine my nails all treating me disrespectfully throwing my hands down after looking and then rushed through it. I would not recommend this place. While I was getting my manicure, the manicurist was angry and yelling (in vietnamese) at one of her coworkers, which continued for over 20 minutes. You know how you go to a nail salon and wonder what they are talking about in their language and wondering if it's you? The thought crossed my mind a time or two. It doesn't deter me from going though. I love getting pedicures and I had a wonderful one at Nails 4 U before. Before today. My mom and I went in to have a deluxe pedicure. It was nice. The gals weren't too friendly but they did a good job massaging and taking care of the tootsies. The gal doing my nails clipped something from my big toe that hurt (twice!) and still is sore. On two of my mom's toes we noticed only had one coat as you could see it was transparent. The gal doing her nails must've got sidetracked when 2 women walk in requesting a pedicure. I noticed the buzz of chatter amongst all of the salon people. Then I saw them glancing at one of the woman's feet while she was picking out her polish. Yes, they looked like they could use a pedicure. Okay. Then all of a sudden they form a huddle and I see them gesturing "rock, paper, scissors" then they got really loud talking and laughing in their language. Anyone would want to know what is going on. It was l-o-u-d!! I told my mom, "Look, the lady with the black shirt will do that woman's pedicure" as I noticed she was the loser. The customer takes a seat in the chair after choosing her polish and the gal tells her "50 dollar". The customer told her that she was only prepared to pay $25. Another gal pipes in and tells her "You don't want to pay $50? Then don't waste your money." And went on to tell her that her feet are going to need a lot of work and convinced her to pay twice as much. The customer seemed okay doing that, but I wanted to speak out and tell them "Shame on you for treating your customers this way!" I sensed that the customer had no idea what went on while choosing her polish other than it got really loud. I didn't want to embarrass her. They showed her no dignity. It really saddened me and I regret that I didn't speak up and tell her to spend her money at a salon that will treat her with respect. It was terribly rude! I will NOT EVER go back there and I hope you pass on this place as well. Also, they take credit cards but when I wanted to pay with one she asked me to use the ATM. I wanted my mileage and not to have to pay an ATM fee. She accepted it but not without a discouraging manner about her. Rude. Rude. Rude! Awful customer service. read more
