Because of being disappointed in Schroeder brothers I decided to go with a different contractor for my lower windows and I'm so glad I did, better price triple pane instead of double and much better workman ship. I only wish I would have had K-bee do all the windows in my house. I will post some pictures of the Schroeder brothers windows and of the K-bee windows and you can decide for your self which one you would want.

What a JOKE this outfit is!! From the very start, they send a guy for an estimate, and I get…read moreoffered 3 options to replace the covering of the walkout porch on my upstairs apartment, and I never get a copy of the estimate. That's just for starters. They don't come, and they don't come and they don't come. I'm calling and calling to see when they're coming and finally, when someone does show up, it's NOT Brincks Exteriors; it's Larry, Moe and Curley Joe from some slipshod roofing company they've sublet my job to; without ever telling me. They took an iron railing down to start (without marking the sequence they had to be put back up), and a separate company had to be brought in to do that job, and finally did that at the end of this whole scenario, about 2 months from the start. The estimate I paid for was supposed to replace all the plywood on the 14' x 18' surface, and they only replaced about 5 or 6 sheets, if that. During the whole comedy routine, they poked a hole through the sheetrock down into my bedroom, which is below this porch. L, M & CJ Roofing offered to fix it, free of charge, but at this point, after all the hassle, I just wanted the job finished and them off my property. They used a very thin rubber roofing product (.002 or something like that) for a surface that is used for porch furniture and foot traffic, when it should've been a thicker, more suitable surface in order to last. These guys are general contractors; they didn't come and do any of the work - had I known how that was going to go, I never would've hired them!! Beware!
