He finished the repairs including sealing the leak, replacing insulation and ceiling drywall, painting entire bedroom, and painting two additional bedrooms within three days. His quote was very reasonable. Chuck was super professional and his finished work exceptional. The first buyers who toured my home after the repair and painting made an offer at full asking price.
