Mr. Taylor was on site several times to supervise and make sure everything was done as promised. (2) His crew was supposed to install (free) new gutter guards. They accidentally misunderstood his instructions and removed the gutters completely, damaging them in the process. He immediately had all new gutters installed on the house at no charge to us. This is an honorable person running a business you can trust to do great work and not overcharge. Because Mr. Taylor is also a general contractor, I would now use him for any work I need in the future on my home.
