Wow! I'm so impressed by Judy's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. It's been a long time since I've left a nail appointment happy. I left this appointment feeling over the moon. I got a gel French tip manicure and regular pedicure. My nails have never looked so good. Thanks again, Judy for such a wonderful experience and for giving me pretty nails! read more

Judy is the very best manicurist I have ever been to. My family used to tease me about being to every nail shop in the valley. Not quite but I hit quite a few. Judy respects your time. She does not overbook or ever rush you out. Her nails are awesome and I get soooo many compliments. You cannot go to a better manicurist and her designs are off the chart! You will love Judy and her impeccable work. read more

I love love this place. I went to Judy after going to so many other places in the valley. She is completely way different than most nail artists. If looking for a place to go to, this the place you can go to. Not the typical nail shop where you wait to be seated with other people. Her place is more intimate and a place you can retreat to when you have a stressful week. Wish I could have another person like her. She is also affordable and will do almost all designs that other places cannot do. Come stop by when you get the chance. Below are few of the pieces she has done for me. read more

First off let me say..If your planning to go to Nailagio it's a RESIDENCE, this is not an actual business in a strip mall. So if you don't mind going to a home residence than by all means gooo right ahead. I actually yelp'ed this place prior to going and had no problem going to a residence however I did get confused the actual entrace is on the side so it's on Chase street not Aura, so make sure you mark on Chase. There is a large black gate at the entrance. I was greeted by Judy, her place of business is located at her home which she has set up to do her nails. Judy and I had great conversation and overall I had a good experience, I didn't care too much for the hot stone pedicure, I was expecting a much more better experience but the stones were a little too hot for my liking. I also got the callus remover which was nice and it was only $5.00 other places charge $10 it's like reallly?? The gel manicure was nice as well as my pedicure. Judy definitely knows how to do some amazing designs so make sure to check out facebook for her amazing designs. All in all I was happy and make sure you make an appointment as Judy fills up really quick! read more

It's at a house and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Judy is beyond amazing and a true artist. She really listens to what you want and truly cares about her clients being happy. I'm really picky when it comes to my nails but Judy is extremely patient and makes me feel so comfortable, so glad I found her she's the best! She is la creme de la creme! She's without a doubt who you would want to do your nails for a wedding, vacation, engagement, etc. Her work is absolute perfection. She's very accommodating and always make sure her clients are taken care of even. Love this place, can't recommend it enough! Judy does flawless work on nails!! She's such a sweetheart and makes sure everything is perfect. Love her! :) read more

Nailagio - Flawless! - Nail Salons Near Me - Canoga Park, California

I've been coming to Judy for over two months now. I love everything about Nailagio. It's cozy, quiet and extremely relaxing. Some yelpers have complained about it being a residence... Yes, Nailagio is a residence, however, It's 100x better than your average busy salon. Judy works by appointment ONLY so that she can spend quality time with each client. Nothing is more annoying than a nail tech rushing because 5 people just walked in the door. On average, Judy spends about an hour and a half with me every two weeks for a pedicure and fill. I am always bringing her a new design from Pinterest and she ALWAYS manages to duplicate any design. I have not been unhappy with my nails or pedi since coming here. Judy's goal is to make sure her clients are 100% satisfied. A few important things yelpers might be looking for... All of her tools are extremely clean and sanitized. She uses top quality products for top quality results. Nailagio has a wide selection of polishes and also Konad stamping. After coming to Nailagio, you will not want to go anywhere else. Judy is the best!!! read more

I have never got a manicure that wasn't gel last this long. I kept showing people at my office my nails and them telling them how long Ive had them. I already been back again and will continue to come! Judy is so kind and attentive. I brought my daughter for a princess manicure while I was getting my nails done and it was lovely. Nailagio - Strait up class!! Judy is the bomb.com :) - Nail Salons Near Me - Canoga Park, California

I have to post once again about Judy and Nailagio. I've now been coming consistently for over 4 years. Judy has always accommodated me at every instance. She is up to par on the latest trends and has always done an excellent job on my nails. Not only that, the conversations are fun and lighthearted and she remembers things about my life so that each visit is like picking up the conversation from the visit before. I really feel like she values me, my time, and my business. The nails designs are my favorite time with Judy. She will try anything and if it doesn't come out well, she well fix things until they are right. I love the fact that this is a private home salon. I don't have to see and hear everyone else and I truly feel like I'm in my own little spa retreat. Her dedication to quality nails is the best I've ever seen in the 25 plus years I've been having manicures, acrylic sets, gel manicures and pedicures done. They aren't crooked, they don't crack or break under normal circumstances. This isn't a cheap salon but it's also not over priced. You get the quality that you pay for and then some. This is a the type of gem, that once you find, you don't ever want to let it go. read more

So, I'm writing this review for my wife Adriane. Since my wife and I moved back to the valley four years ago, she has gone to quite a few nail salons. They're pretty much all the same. She either had to pay for every little extra, or she was rushed out for the next customer. She had decided that enough was enough and she was going to do her own nails. This lasted for a few months until she wanted to get her acrylics back on. That's when she began her search for a nail salon...again. After searching through review after review, she decided to give Nailagio a chance. She called the number and spoke with Judy. Judy was able to fit her in the same day, and even accommodated my wife's busy commuting schedule. Nailagio is in the back of Judy's home. This may sound strange to some people until you actually see it. It's a great setup. Everything that you have ever seen in a nail salon, Judy has in her space. It's completely separate from her living quarters which makes you feel like being in a spa setting. My wife has been to see Judy at least 5 times. Every time she comes back I'm completely amazed at how great her nails look. Judy does such fantastic work! She truly is an artist. The work she does at any other salon would cost twice as much. Judy takes her time until everything is perfect...and it shows in her work. My wife has finally found a place where she is truly happy and satisfied. read more

Lmao, you're ridiculous. Replying to a review 10 months later. All your statements are totally hilarious. Racist? LOL. WTF. I'm mixed 8 ethnicities, how can I be racist? You're tripping hard balls. There's no "racism" in my review. You're unprofessional, unlicensed and I HAD PAID CASH, WITH A FAT TIP ON TOP. Cards receipts ARE NOT REAL RECEIPTS. YOU'RE NOT A REAL BUSINESS, REASON WHY YOU CAN'T PROVIDE RECEIPTS, WHICH ARE NOT WRITTEN PAPERS. And the funky smell was as rotten food. No nail salon is supposed to smell like that. The garage you use as nail salon was nasty, dirty and chaotic. I'll be more than happy to report you to the Board of Cosmetology. They love to fine unlicensed scammers like you. read more

Judy was able to take me right away on a late Sunday afternoon. She has a salon in her home, which reminded me of going with my mom to get her hair done yrs ago. Her space was clean and set up like a store front salon only there was great street parking. Judy is very personable. She was very detailed and takes time to ask what her clients like vs just providing a manicure. She was quick and thorough, and My nails look great! She also has the spa chair for pedicures, so it can easily be a nice relaxing time for you or a couple of friends. Price was very reasonable. Judy asked me to make a reservation next time to make sure I can get in. So, if she doesn't answer when you call it's generally because she's with a customer, and she calls right back when nails are drying. Definitely a place I'll visit again read more

I went based on five-star Yelp reviews which I now believe are fake. This was the worst salon experience I have had. First, and worst: I got cut. Judy became more and more animated complaining about how cheap and unskilled she believes her competitors are. She got agressive with the cuticle trimming, and then I was hurt. Yes, I BLED. The towel was covered with my blood by the end of the session... I should have walked out. Afterward there was no offer to reduce the price. She did apologize, a couple of times. It is awkward to write this, and it was awkward to be in that situation. Imagine us sitting there silently, while she futilely doused my poor bleeding hand with some sort of blood stopper. Thank goodness I didn't develop an infection. But the price wasn't low to begin with, and no compensation was offered. Speaking of price, I was charged $20 to remove my gel nails. Weeks after, I still have gel on my nails. When painting them with regular polish, she used some ridge filler so it was obvious the gel hadn't come off. Again, no reduction in price for a service that was PAID for but not actually PROVIDED. So a few days later I had a band-aid on my finger, chipping polish and ragged cuticles. I would give my customary sympathy two stars for making an effort, but if you fake your 5-star reviews you deserve the full equalizing impact of the negative ones. read more

I was looking for a place that does gel nails, and found this place by searching salons on Yelp. I am soooo glad that I did. Judy is the absolute best! I have gotten my nails done at many many nail places, all around California and even out of the country, but Judy has got to be #1! She definitely knows what she is doing. She is gentle, and is a genuine sweet person. The experience is personable, and very serene. Definitely a place where you want to get your nails done if you want someone to provide undivided attention, and ensure that you receive the best possible service. The place is clean, and welcoming. What else can I say? Judy is one of a kind! The best! HIGHLY recommend if you want your nails to be immaculate, and want service that is hard to find anywhere else. read more

I actually went to this place last year so it's been a while however I wanted to show this business some love. I found this place searching through yelp and I actually swung by to get a manicure and pedi. This business is at a home. So it's a good place to go to if you want some privacy. I was able to make an appointment and seen right away when I got there. The owner there is super sweet and funny. She'll sit there and listen to what you want and she does a good job! Didn't have any complaints about technique or cleanliness. I honestly don't know how she does with paint designs cause I only do simple polish colors. I would definitely recommend this place. Make an appointment first and you can enjoy the peace and quiet of getting your nails done without the hustle and bustle of a nail salon. read more

Wow, Judy is amazing. EVERYTHING IS SANITIZED, CLEAN, AND READY TO GO FOR YOU. She is by appointment only so her only focus is you. Came in today and got a full set and a pedicure. Judy started with the pedicure and made light conversation with me which was nice. She allowed me to relax but still communicate so that she knew exactly what I wanted. Ive never had someone pay so much attention and detail to my nails and cuticles. Her pedicure service was traditional with no extra crazy spa chairs or crazy chemicals which was nice in my opinion. I like a thorough job from whoever is performing the pedicure and Judy did just that. You don't need the crazy additions to feel wonderful. My feel feel absolutely amazing. The full set I wanted was completely different from what I have ever done. I usually do a pink&white set (french tip) but I thought I'd change it up. I have Brachydactyly which is a fancy word for clubbed thumbs. Do not freak out, they're the thumbs that Megan Fox has. Anywho, a lot of people who come in contact with my thumbs do not really know how to work on them since they are different from the thumbs they see of an everyday basis. Judy was amazing, she did everything just perfect and to my likings that I will definitely come back. After talking with Judy I found out that she used to own her own salon but after retiring she wanted to get back into it. So after traveling and doing her own thing she transformed a part of her gorgeous house into a little nail salon. Amazing. So all the reviews that have issues with the place being a residence, know she is amazing at what she does, she's retired but does this for the love of making people happy. 5 outta 5 in my eyes. Now my nails and toes look amazing for my special day tomorrow. Thanks Judy! read more

I am regular customer of Nailagio. I have been here so many times and everytime is great!! Judee always does really amazing job. I have read one of her review from Dana on yelp. I am not really sure if she got bleeding, why didn't she talk to Judee? Is that so strange? You hold on til your got back home and complain on yelp that she wasn't great cuz she didn't reduce the price from making you bleeding. Normally when people don't like something, you can always discuss with people who service you, right? I always get really good service from Nailagio. So, I was surprise with Dana's comment. read more

I bought a Groupon Now this morning for this place, and I called in to find out what time they had available, noting that they had a few spots open in availability for the Groupon Now offer. The lady who answered the phone told me they were overbooked, and not only was she extremely rude, but she yelled at me when I told her I was going to have to refund the Groupon now, as the whole point of those is to use it now, i.e. the same day. First time here and I loved it. Had gone a week after having my old acrylics removed and my nails were so short I couldn't stand it. Found Nailagio on Yelp, saw the 5 stars, and figured it was worth a shot. Judy was fantastic...friendly, very knowledgeable, and had lots of cute ideas for nail designs. I got a full-set with polish and design over and she took her time to make sure my nails looked and felt perfect! After I smeared one on my seat belt, she fixed it for free. Best part is after I told her of previous problems I had with lifting, she said that if my nails start to lift in less than 2 weeks, I could call her and she'd fix them at no cost. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality and experience you get. I'll definitely be back!! read more

I'm a guy who has gotten a manicure, every other week, for 40 years. I don't switch manicurists often, as I was with one for 30 years and another for 8. When I do have to change, you wouldn't think so, but I found it extremely difficult and frustrating to find someone who could simply give a clean, cuticles cut manicure. I tried fancy salons, private operators and those shops where you can just walk-in and sit side by side with 8-20 other customers. After trying and trying to find a good manicurist on my own, I finally succumbed and listened to my wife! I visited her manicurist, Judy. From the first 15 minutes of the first visit, I could tell she knew her stuff and could clean away my cuticle build up just the way I liked it to be done. My nails looked great and even better, felt great, too! No stray cuticles left uncut. No callus left on the sides of my fingers. A nice symmetrical looking nail and nail bed and most importantly, no hang nails in between sessions. I was reluctant to try Judy. Don't make the same mistake. You'll be as happy with her work as I am. read more
