Pretty terrible place. Called ahead to make an appointment and they told me to just walk in. Walked in, greeted and was told to pick a color. The lady who was about to do my nails was complaining to someone else that she didn't have too much time for me because someone else was coming to get her nails done. Should of let when I heard her say it... The water she let my hands soaked in didn't have any soap. She barely let my first hand soak in the water and started pulling at my cuticles. 5 of my fingers out of ten started to bleed and all she said was, "Very dry skin".... She was extremely rough and was clearly rushing. I was literally breaking a sweat sitting there because I was trying not to flinch when she tore at my skin. After that, she seemed to have threw some lotion on my hands to which this was supposed to be a hand massage? Lasted less than a minute. Threw a steaming hot towel on my hands for about 30 seconds and then started on the nail polish. She did it so incredibly quick to which after she was done she asked if I wanted "QuickDry" to which I figured she just was trying to quickly get me out of the seat, so I said "sure". I also do want to mention how unsanitary it is here. Nothing seemed to be clean at all except for a little glass sitting on the side of her that said "sterile". Once I was rung up, she mentioned that the QuickDry was an extra $1. Niceeeee. It's only a $1, but it would of been nice of her to mention it was extra. The manicure itself was only $12 with regular polish, and totaled out to be $13... not bad, but I know a better place where I live that's cleaner, has better customer service and CARE about what they're doing for only $15! Would never recommend this place, I would def steer clear. Also, my nail chipped the next day... I know I didn't get gel nail polish, but seriously? I can do my own nails for free and it would take several days for them to chip! UGH! read more

Very thorough, helpful and friendly. Each technician took their time and perfected my nails. I don't like to feel rushed when receiving service and this was not the case. Ambience isn't as pretty as local competitors but service is way better. Great job! read more

This is the friendliest, cleanest salon in Burlington. The people are very accommodating; they work hard to make sure you have a nice experience and they always take walk ins. I've never had a bad mani or pedi, and the gel polish lasts a good, long time. Good value, too. read more

I have been to this salon many times over the years because it is local. However, I have problems every time I go. At my last visit I got a Mani Pedi and only two days later both were chipping. The only outstanding feature of the salon is the Pedicure wax treatment. During every visit the manager forces you to tip the employees. Would not recommend. read more

I've been to this salon twice . First time I walked in the fumes from the products was very strong so maybe they can work on better ventilation. But OUTSTANDING customer service. They make sure your comfortable and can communicate in English. Good gel manicures and pedicures. What sets them apart is their friendliness. One thing I don't care for is they charge for gel polish removal . Most salons don't charge if you're getting gel polish again. Overall good experience. read more

I've been going to this place for about 3 years now and usually get a gel manicure and pedicures during the summer. I have never had a bad experience, the owners are super friendly, and some technicians (some who I haven't seen in a while), are better than others. As many other nail/hair salons, it's a bit annoying when you have multiple people working on you only because then you have to split the tip. It usually only happens when they become super busy and someone more knowledgeable will be pulled away from doing my basic manicure (which I don't mind). I always leave at least 20% and if this is the case, I'll tell whoever to split the tip as they see fit. I'm not good at keeping appointments, so I just call to ask if they're busy and if they're not, I'll go in and am usually seated to within 5 minutes. read more

I usually don't go to this nail place in Burlington, but I wanted to try something new. The only reason I am even giving this place even two stars is because they do a great job on nails and pedicures. However, they are very unprofessional. The person who did my nails did not warn me that the nail shape I wanted would be an extra charge even after she did them. It was not even a shape that should have been extra. After getting my nails done, the woman who did them takes me up to the front so I can pay. She then insists I use the ATM to get cash out to pay, even after I said no because I did not want to pay the surcharge she kept asking me. After she finally got the hint that I wasn't using the ATM she asks was I tipping in cash. What's with all of the questions? Then, when I give her the tip she says what about him? She was referring to another coworker who works at the nail place. I thought it was very rude, why she was asking me how much I was tipping someone else, when they didn't completely finish the job on my pedicure or nails, she did. She should worry about herself. Please do not go here.. first of all Amy usually does my nails and she's good but she has an attitude & they're expensive I paid $50 for a gel refill I believe and then she charged me $9 for a "mandatory tip" she said it's included in the price! Family welcomed me into their shop, had a pedicure, no manicure. Young lady was very kind, unfortunately pedicure was thick and messy. I paid an extra one dollar (no biggie) for fast drying drops but the polish was so thick that the polish took a long time to dry. I went back to work in my flip flops bc the polish was so thick. She didn't clean up the polish around the skin, just used her nails in attempts to get it off the skin. Did not look like a fresh, professional pedi, very kind people but not my spot for a pedicure. read more

If you're looking for a place that does amazing pedicures, you've found it! I left feeling like I had a brand new pair of feet...not joking! $25 and it was worth every penny for the treatment I got. They do not cut corners and make sure that you leave with exactly what you were looking for! My nails also look incredible and are near perfect. I'll definitely be returning :). read more

Went here tonight as a new customer, and will not be returning, which is such a shame because the girl who worked on my nails, did an outstanding job. She deserved the tip I gave her. Came in, got a get pedicure, and a gel fill for my nails. Two girls worked on me, one on feet and the one who did my hands. The one who did my feet, was alright, but like I stated before, the young girl who did my nails listened to my every suggestion, and did a pretty good job. On a 43 dollar pedicure, and a 40 fill, I tipped $9 I believe. I paid, handed the money to the girl who did my nails, and walked out to my car. I was then CHASED by who I assume was the owner, she ran right up to my car door, and said EXCUSE ME. TWO PEOPLE WORKED ON YOU, AND YOU ONLY TIPPED ONE OF THEM. I was like....you gotta be kidding. I just dropped close to $100 bucks here, and I'm being chased and made to feel guilty because I didn't tip enough ? I then said....okay, then take some from what I gave the other girl, and give it to the girl that's so hard up then. She refused to walk away, and just stood there making me feel uncomfortable. So....I went into my wallet, pulled out a 5, and handed it over. Her intimidation tactics worked this time on me. She then said OK THANKS SEE YOU NEXT TIME. LMAO. I won't be returning, I've NEVER been chased out of anywhere before, and honestly, Now I feel pretty uncomfortable about going back. SO.....if you plan on going here, the work they do, is decent. Although this place does great nails and the first time i came i gave them 4 stars.. i took 2 stars away for my update. The first time they did my nails, it was good except i wanted something specific and the guy said no and did something completely different. Last time i went, i paid for 2 people so 4 different techs did our nails. It was over $100 so i gave her $20 for tips. She stopped me and said my tip wasnt enough for 4 people. Im not normally a small tipper but she had no idea if i even had any more money and last time i checked, tips arent mandatory. I gave her another 5 and walked out. I wont be going back. read more

This was literally the worst shop I have ever been to. I asked for square and rounded, and that is not what I got. I had to remind the nail tech at station 6 that my nail was crooked. My nails are bulky and not smooth at all and to top it all of I literally argued with one of the guys about whether or not I was going to leave a tip! He said he was going to put it on there and I said no sir, very politely, and he still kept going about a tip!! Terrible service and very unsanitary. Once it came my turn, the young lady not only rushed through it, but left me into the middle of it abruptly saying she "was late for her appointment"!! and that her mom will finish the job. Awful, awful. Went for a mani/pedi. They clearly only accommodate clients getting acrylic gels more than individuals getting a plain manicure. The manicurist did such a terrible job! Full of lumps and bumps with polish all over my cuticles. She. I told her about it, she yelled st me stating it was because I didn't allow her to cut my cuticles. What does cutting my cuticles have anything to do with a terrible polish job. Won't be back ever due to amateur workers, overpriced and bad customer service. Stay clear!!! read more

This is by far one of my favorite nail salons . They always make an effort to start conversation with you , which is very nice . The prices aren't bad either , I got an acrylic full set with gel polish for $30 , and it has lasted for 3 weeks . Also this place isn't usually as crowded as other nail salons so you will be served and seating immediately . I love this place . read more
