Worse experience I ever had. Ignore you when you walk in, the women don't know a word of English and they act like they are doing you a favor but that they hate that you are there. Worse manicure I never received. Women put my hands in acetone then went in the back and never came back out. Left my hands in the acetone for over 30 minutes (would have been longer but finally I decided to leave). Told the guy what happened and that we were leaving, he was also SO rude. Said okay, charged us $125 and refused to tell us the manager or owners name. We're from out of town. It's places like this that give Altoona a bad name. I doubt if any of them are even legal anyway. Save your money. Go somewhere that appreciates your business. Never again. read more

If you're a walk-in and have all afternoon to sit and wait, this is your place. There's no communication whatsoever. They'll tell you a 20 minute wait and put you in a pedicure chair for an hour. If you then need a manicure and/or fill, you wait. And wait again. If there was better communication and timeliness, I would've given more stars. 2 hours for a regular pedicure and fill. read more

Today my friend and I walked in as the salon seemed to be closing, we were asked what we wanted done so we told them acrylics and a gel manicure. Without hesitation they welcomed us in to have our nails done. For as much as we knew the nails techs surely could have had somewhere else to be but instead decided to stick around to give us a set of really cute nails. I thought that was awesome and it meant a lot to us. Shout out to Veronica for my sassy and cute set of acrylics. I went in having no idea really of what I wanted and she went above and beyond to make sure I was hapoy with my gorgeous sparkly nails. I went here the first time to have nails put on and they charged me $90 for a full set if nails with color and a simple design. I gave her a nice tip. Today I went up to have my nails filled in and I wanted a simple color French nail and a pedicure with just color. The girl that did my nails said $90 total I said ok these were her exact words! !! So I got my nails done and my pedicure done and I was happy with everything. That was short lived! The girl that did my nails was different then the pedicure. She finished my pedicure and I went to the counter to pay and she says $135. I said no she told me $90 total then the girl that told me $90 came up and said she told me $90 for just the nails total... I said no you didn't and you standing Here calling me a liar is just sad! I said why would you say that like that if it was only the nails only that just doesn't make sense the another young girl speaks up and she saidshe was there and she heard her tell me that I said No you didn't you weren't anywhere around. I said why would you volunteer to be a liar?? She put her head down and said nothing else. So the ending of this was....... I paid the $135 she told me I owed. She was lucky I had it in my purse because my husband had my card I don't use credit cards ever I don't even have one to use and I don't usually have cash on me or not much. Nail square has lost my business. Hopefully others will follow suit. They have a price sheet on the wall that you can't see from the chairs you sit at while they are doing your nails. I never sat at the spot you could see the sheet with the charges on it until I was already given my charge total of $90 total. So basically you could tell them what you want and they could charge you anything they want! Yeah yeah, i got a manicure for my brother's wedding. It was $12. The dude fucking forgot to clip the nails on my left hand. Had i handed him 70 pairs of hands, and requested him to clip the nails on all of them...i could see him forgetting a hand. But no...i have two hands. He forgot 50% of the fingers. Should i have paid $24? He fucking buffed all 100% of nails provided to him. Does he hate left hands? Is he only licensed to do right ones? I wish I could tell you a good time to come here, but weather it's 10am or 7pm this place is packed. you might think that means they're good, they aren't bad. BUT I don't understand the reason for signing in and being told you have a 30 mins, and in that time a group of 5 walks in, SIGNS in then go sits in a chair and is being serviced with a manicure. then another couple is left standing at the reservation desk waiting to be agnoliged... quality of service isn't bad, but people skills they lack in! pehaps they should hire more employees!! read more

Very clean salon and friendly staff. I'm not from the area do I just stopped by, got a french pedicure which was $25, which is an average price. She did an awesome job, took her time, and was really nice. Highly recommended, will come back again when I am in the area. read more

I had some time to kill waiting on my car to be fixed, so I decided to get a well needed pedicure. I had a man pedicurist and he was very nice and was more gentle than the woman I had last time. He made a pretty design on my nails as well. I will go back to this salon. read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The lines of the design on my nails were terrible, crooked and looked like a 5 year old did them with crayon. The lady was rude and rushed doing my nails, leaving excess paint on the skin around my fingers. Sloppy job for $80! I won't be going back! read more

My first pedicure but my sister had them other places before. Her favorite place so far. Nails were well done and the massaging of my feet (as well as back from the massage chair) was excellent. Only complaint was how long it took. We were two walk-ins but seated immediately, however my sister waited in the chair for about a half hour before hers started. In total we were there for an hour and a half! Despite this, we will definitely return. read more
