My daughter and I went to Nail Spa today for a fill. We arrived at 350 and didn't leave until 659. If you plan to go there to get your nails done I wouldn't recommend the girl at seat #5 She was rough and butchered my nails. Three of my nails are bleeding and every finger tip is sore to the touch. She stabbed me under my nail twice. After the second time I told her that if she did it again I needed to have someone else do my nails. Mind you this is after she manhandled my fingers filing them roughly. After the THIRD time of stabbing me under my nail I stood up and demanded someone else to do my nails. She didn't even apologize to me let alone wasn't reprimanded for it. I then sat there for 45mins while 5 new people came in and was waited on. At this point I wanted to leave but it was already 7pm and I needed them done. When the next girl finished them sloppily they actually tried making me pay full price for these nails that look like a child did them. The owner didn't show any sympathy of my bleeding nails and said, "Sorry all I can do is take $25 off." Then walked away! I thought I found my nail place finally after going there 6 times. We will never go back and it disgusts me how unprofessional these woman are in there. read more

I bought my daughter here for her first set and they were rushed through. They lasted 3 days before chipping and a week before they broke off completely. I'm so disappointed for her and the service we got. I'll never visit this nail salon again. read more

I don't even want to give them a 1. I went in for a mani pedi. My pedi lasted a total of 18 minutes from start to finish. What happened to 45 minute pedi's. When pushing back my toe cuticles he didn't even do it, just went through the motions. Cutting my toenails ahhh get some glasses if you can't see. He almost cut so short on a couple he hurt me and I thought I was going to bleed. Scrubbing my feet, how can you with a little eraser size pumice stone. Then we get to the massage part. Wow, they do it so fast and barely touch you. It's disappointing really! The same pretty much with my mani just going through the motions. I SAY WE ALL NEED TO VOICE OUR OPINIONS!!! Was able to make appt as soon as the reopened. I decided to get regular polish for a change instead of gel... picked my colors - sat down with the owner Tina... immediately , u should pick gel color, that way it dries faster and U can leave salon sooner . I thought , dang , okay, wasn't my plan. Since quarantine I researched a lot and had my own gel kit on order, why pay $15 for nail polish... as I am getting my nails done, 2 different women walk in for appts. BOTH picked regular polish and Tina said not a word to them. I have only been in this specific salon maybe 4 times. I feel Tina is rude , she was rude while at Nail Fever , years ago. I won't ever walk into this salon again. After my experience, I told my friends - turns out this salon is a last resort for many , usually never slammed and walks in very welcome ‍ Nails last 2 weeks, gel color lasted 2 weeks, which is why I give a 2 instead of a 1 star rating . When I had the nails removed for new ones, there was fungi on 2 nails, Nail tech said likely from This salon being sloppy. In 23 years of having acrylics done in our town , I have had fungi 2 times now both times from this salon and I have only been here 4 times , ever ! read more

This was the first time I took my 8 year old daughter to get her nails done and her experience was awful. The girl that did her nails was very impolite and kept sighing every time she'd move. My daughter accidentally touched one of the nails and the girl was mad and made it known. It seemed as if she was in a hurry and just didn't want to be there. WHAT HAPPENED TO TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT??! I will be going elsewhere from now on! read more

The facilities are nice and clean and fairly new. When I went I wasn't welcomed I was just beckoned to come and sit quietly at the table. I attempted conversation 3 times with my nail artist with no success. So I sat silently watching her glue my tips on crooked and poorly file them to fix the problem. After that she sped through the rest of the process hastily and three days later what should have been a solid nail job turned out to be a mess. I've been coming here for years, and I only go to high quality places. The crew are polite and don't force you into conversation. Your job is to relax and be pampered. Tina's nail art and acrylic nails are beautiful. Often you have to wait a little longer than at other places; but that is because they are always packed and getting walk-ins. They help your nails stay healthy and clean. I would take anyone there. *If your nails are peeling early, it might be the state of your nails and not the work they provide. They've always helped repair my nails after I go somewhere else and end up with messed up nails-weddings, they'll get you every time. read more

It is clean and the people are kind of friendly. They don't take to you and as a first timer at at a pedicure, I wasn't sure what to do or expect. Nothing was explained to me. I loved the outcome however! read more

this was my first time ever going to a nail salon, so i didn't leave a bad review earlier because i thought "oh. all salons must be this bad." however, now that i've visited many more i have finally come to realize how terrible my experience here really was. the man who did my manicure did not explain anything to me at all even after i told him it was my first time. he even got mad at me when i didn't give him my arm for him to do the massage, but he didn't even ever tell me about the massage part so i was super confused when he started rubbing my arm. also, the quality of the manicure was SOOO bad. the polish was alllll over my cuticles and i literally do a better job with my OPI polish at home. so not worth and i really did not enjoy the experience at all. i think some of the workers might be nicer--my friends got pedicures and the girl working with them seemed very nice but my experience was harrowing to say the least. i don't want to say to never go here because i'm sure they work hard and they need to eat and make a living, but ngl it's actually SO bad so just know what you're paying for. read more
