Used to come here all the time, just came in for a quick polish change. Took off my own polish beforehand. Charges $15 hands $15 toes... $30 for just polish, and I brought my own. Place seemed dirty, I had to ask three times to get both hands and feet polish changed. Not sure if new owners. Flies flying around, communication was extremely hard. Seats had fabric peeling, towels had stains. Won't be coming back here. Hopefully the polish lasts. You could tell they were annoyed with my polish change only request. read more

Elle is incredible! She is so talented and amazing at any design. I will say the nail salon itself is not very well kept and kinda icky to be honest but I put that all aside for Elle LOL! I do biogel with her and they last a very long time. I don't do my toes here for reasons I mentioned above but come see Elle if you want some fireeeeeeee nails sis. She slayed my nails for my cancun trip. She truly can do any design, and great shape which is extremely hard to find! Thank you Elle XOX read more

Elle has been doing my nails for over 2 YEARS, I will literally follow her anywhere! There is no one else I trust with my nails, I am a super busy girly and only have time to see her once a month and let me tell you: my nails LAST. The only time one has ever broken was when it got caught in a drawer, shape is always on point, kills it with designs! She is kind and accommodating, and so sweet and funny! Like I can't say enough good things about her and her work so I will let the photos speak for themselves. read more

Recommended from a friend and needed an emergency pedicure. I called ahead of time and they were willing to serve me that day. Arrived and the staff was prepared to provide the service immediately upon arrival. Besides trimming the nails, they offered other services but were not pushy, and accepted what was requested. The place was clean. Nail technician was fantastic, gentle and thorough. Would come back again. read more

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Had an appointment with Elle scheduled for 3:15pm and when I arrived she had just begun another individuals nails. Elle told me that Quin would prep my nails and Elle would finish them, however this never happened as Elle was still working on another persons nails and my nails were done by Quin the entire time. The service was very unfriendly, the tools used were extremely old and very unclean/ unsanitary. Ontop of this, after asking to have the gunk cleaned from under my nail I was left with thick, uncomfortable glue stuck under my nails and was told "warm water will get it out"?! I paid $60 for this set of gelx nails and will not be returning to this salon. Not to mention the salon itself is very unclean and smelt of smoke the whole time. Very disappointed and unhappy with this service. Would have rather been apologized to and rescheduled my appointment for the service I made in advance and requested. read more

Ask for Elle specifically because she is AMAZING at nails I've gone to her for a couple years now and she does a fantastic job every single time and she is sooooo nice so the experience is always enjoyable! I ask her to do crazy fun nail designs every time and she is always so happy to do them and they look PERFECT. Not to mention, her shaping is so on point and my nails last me 3+weeks. ASK FOR ELLE. All I can say is ask for Elle. Great price and quality. $70 $80 with tip, for a full set gelx with design and small letter charms. I really loved how she looked at my fingers and hands to make sure the nails were straight. This girl knows how to do nails. The nails lasted for 3 weeks not one chip or break. I could have got a simple fill and kept them longer, but I just did it for valentine's. You can kinda see my nails in these pics, I didn't take any close-ups read more

NO, not anymore the original owner, we'll the husband retired and instead of passing the business to his Wife, who was a better at the Business part of it, sold it to one of his male relatives :( Michelle left the salon :( I am so sad as I would have gave this place 5 stars if she was still there. I called and found out she left yesterday 11/6/2023. She was Amazing at removing ingrowns and so friendly. She will be missed and now have to look for another place to go to for now. I am so sad as I been a customer for almost 5 years. I live in LA County and would still drive to Moorpark just for Michelle. I am so sad to hear she left. read more

I literally drive from LA to see Elle! She has been doing my nails for several years and is absolutely amazing. She's super meticulous and checks in to make sure I like how everything is looking (love this especially when I'm trying out new designs). I've recommended friends to her and they say the same. Thanks Elle! read more

Terrible first experience. Went in for a mani/pedi. Chairs are ripped, furniture is old. Charged me $90 total and I didn't even get what I asked for. I tried to play it safe and go with the French tip... instead the guy did these clear, ugly nails. I tried to convince myself they were cute, but after two weeks, I'm pissed that I didn't have him redo them and give me what I asked for. Never going there again. read more

Please be very careful with this spot. They don't let you tip with your credit card and the first and last I went their credit car machine was "down" I went over to Ralph's to get cash out to pay and tip manicurist/pedicurist. Week later I saw a credit card charge to my credit card. I went over to the salon and they said no one remembered taking cash from me. They offered to give me half. I said NO! After much back and forth they finally gave me a gift certificate which I decided to give to a high schooler that was hanging out. Now as far as My nails, they didn't even make a week. The corners were lifting and it was too soon for me to get a fill so I knew right there and then I wasn't planning on going back. My pedicure gel was mediocre but them getting in there to clean me up was not enough for me to go back. So overall I wouldn't recommend this place read more

Not sure if she told me the right name, but Michelle at Nail Spa I do not recommend. I went for a gel pedicure, and left with acrylic on all of my toe nails, but two. 1. I did not ask for acrylic on all of my toes. 2. She let me leave with uneven toe nails I had to go somewhere else right after to get them fixed. Was told that I had acrylic all over my skin and underneath my toenails. By far the worst $50 I've ever spent. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been coming here for awhile. Used to go to Oceans nail spa near Target, which wasn't bad, but I find this place just as good and cheaper. I only do gel nails and pedicures, nothing fancier than that. And on my own nails. But they can always take me and do a great job. I've started doing the clear gel and I really like it. I've also gotten my eyebrows done here too. Only $10. Not bad. I also had to bring my 6 year old son with me. He was super quiet and behaved but they didn't scoff or give me dirty looks. I appreciated that!!! read more

I took a chance here despite the not so great reviews because it's close to home. They took me right in with no appointment. The chair was awesome and got a great massage! The people working here didn't really talk to anyone so that was a little different but I'm sure that's fine for most people who are on their phones anyway. Communication was a little difficult though. I love the gel pedicure though and would definitely return. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK! if i could give them 0 stars, i would. i called the day before to ask for prices and make an appointment and they told me a full acrylic gel set was $35. when it came to pay, all these extra charges were brought up and turned out to be $50. the guy (gray hair with glasses) didn't glue the nail tips fully and was very rough. he would throw my hand when he was done with it and would keep going with the drill after i would repeatedly tell him it was hot. he didn't even push back my cuticles or prep my nails before the acrylic. when it came time for the acrylic, it was very sloppy to the point where it would get on my skin. the acrylic wasn't blending because it was cheap acrylic that doesn't work and has a gum like texture. when i asked him to take off the cheap acrylic to redo it, he used his own thumb nail and was hurting me continuously after i would tell him he was hurting me. not sanitary at all, they do not clean their tools!! once he used the proper acrylic, he wouldn't file all the way and i kept having to ask him to go back to reshape the nail or repaint the nail because he wasn't careful or cautious at all. and when he would file, it was very rough and he cut me and made me bleed multiple times. when it came time to pay he brought up all these different changes that came out to $50. keep in mind i called the day before and they told me it was $35. but when it came time to pay, he said $35 starting price for the acrylic, $15 for using gel, and another $5 for the clear top coat. who charges for a top coat? but then he said he wasn't going to charge me the $5 as if he was doing me a favor. the stuff on my fingers isn't skin, it's acrylic!! my nails are now lumpy, have bubbles, and are different shapes and sizes. my fingers are sore and are covered with polish and acrylic. DO NOT come here, you deserve better! read more

I WAS a long time customer until this last straw. First they have raised their prices since the pandemic to very unreasonable rates. The FINAL STRAW. My husband and I went there to get pedicures last Sunday (usually a very non-busy day). Arrived and Michelle asked if we could come back in an hour. We live in the neighborhood so we said yes. Came back in an hour and still waited in a pedicure chair with our feet in cold water for another 25 minutes. Today I went to the grocery store and my credit card was declined. I tried it a couple of times and then discovered it wasn't my card, it was someone else's Citi Costco card!!!!!!! Went back to the salon and returned the card that wasn't mine and they didn't have my card. I tried to explain what a pain it is to deal with a lost or stolen card but all I got was a very weak "sorry". To top it off when I called the credit card company I discovered not only did they mix up the cards they put the other person's charges on my card as well as my own charges. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! read more
