Used to come here all the time, just came in for a quick polish change. Took off my own polish beforehand. Charges $15 hands $15 toes... $30 for just polish, and I brought my own. Place seemed dirty, I had to ask three times to get both hands and feet polish changed. Not sure if new owners. Flies flying around, communication was extremely hard. Seats had fabric peeling, towels had stains. Won't be coming back here. Hopefully the polish lasts. You could tell they were annoyed with my polish change only request. read more

Elle is incredible! She is so talented and amazing at any design. I will say the nail salon itself is not very well kept and kinda icky to be honest but I put that all aside for Elle LOL! I do biogel with her and they last a very long time. I don't do my toes here for reasons I mentioned above but come see Elle if you want some fireeeeeeee nails sis. Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Had an appointment with Elle scheduled for 3:15pm and when I arrived she had just begun another individuals nails. Elle told me that Quin would prep my nails and Elle would finish them, however this never happened as Elle was still working on another persons nails and my nails were done by Quin the entire time. The service was very unfriendly, the tools used were extremely old and very unclean/ unsanitary. Ontop of this, after asking to have the gunk cleaned from under my nail I was left with thick, uncomfortable glue stuck under my nails and was told "warm water will get it out"?! I paid $60 for this set of gelx nails and will not be returning to this salon. Not to mention the salon itself is very unclean and smelt of smoke the whole time. Very disappointed and unhappy with this service. Would have rather been apologized to and rescheduled my appointment for the service I made in advance and requested. read more

They don't let you tip with your credit card and the first and last I went their credit car machine was "down" I went over to Ralph's to get cash out to pay and tip manicurist/pedicurist. Week later I saw a credit card charge to my credit card. I went over to the salon and they said no one remembered taking cash from me. They offered to give me half. I said NO! After much back and forth they finally gave me a gift certificate which I decided to give to a high schooler that was hanging out. Now as far as My nails, they didn't even make a week. The corners were lifting and it was too soon for me to get a fill so I knew right there and then I wasn't planning on going back. Not sure if she told me the right name, but Michelle at Nail Spa I do not recommend. I went for a gel pedicure, and left with acrylic on all of my toe nails, but two. 1. I did not ask for acrylic on all of my toes. 2. She let me leave with uneven toe nails I had to go somewhere else right after to get them fixed. Was told that I had acrylic all over my skin and underneath my toenails. By far the worst $50 I've ever spent. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been coming here for awhile. Used to go to Oceans nail spa near Target, which wasn't bad, but I find this place just as good and cheaper. I only do gel nails and pedicures, nothing fancier than that. And on my own nails. But they can always take me and do a great job. I've started doing the clear gel and I really like it. I've also gotten my eyebrows done here too. Only $10. Not bad. I also had to bring my 6 year old son with me. He was super quiet and behaved but they didn't scoff or give me dirty looks. I took a chance here despite the not so great reviews because it's close to home. They took me right in with no appointment. The chair was awesome and got a great massage! The people working here didn't really talk to anyone so that was a little different but I'm sure that's fine for most people who are on their phones anyway. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK! if i could give them 0 stars, i would. i called the day before to ask for prices and make an appointment and they told me a full acrylic gel set was $35. when it came to pay, all these extra charges were brought up and turned out to be $50. the guy (gray hair with glasses) didn't glue the nail tips fully and was very rough. he would throw my hand when he was done with it and would keep going with the drill after i would repeatedly tell him it was hot. he didn't even push back my cuticles or prep my nails before the acrylic. when it came time for the acrylic, it was very sloppy to the point where it would get on my skin. the acrylic wasn't blending because it was cheap acrylic that doesn't work and has a gum like texture. when i asked him to take off the cheap acrylic to redo it, he used his own thumb nail and was hurting me continuously after i would tell him he was hurting me. not sanitary at all, they do not clean their tools!! once he used the proper acrylic, he wouldn't file all the way and i kept having to ask him to go back to reshape the nail or repaint the nail because he wasn't careful or cautious at all. and when he would file, it was very rough and he cut me and made me bleed multiple times. when it came time to pay he brought up all these different changes that came out to $50. keep in mind i called the day before and they told me it was $35. but when it came time to pay, he said $35 starting price for the acrylic, $15 for using gel, and another $5 for the clear top coat. who charges for a top coat? but then he said he wasn't going to charge me the $5 as if he was doing me a favor. the stuff on my fingers isn't skin, it's acrylic!! my nails are now lumpy, have bubbles, and are different shapes and sizes. my fingers are sore and are covered with polish and acrylic. DO NOT come here, you deserve better! read more

I WAS a long time customer until this last straw. First they have raised their prices since the pandemic to very unreasonable rates. The FINAL STRAW. My husband and I went there to get pedicures last Sunday (usually a very non-busy day). Arrived and Michelle asked if we could come back in an hour. We live in the neighborhood so we said yes. Came back in an hour and still waited in a pedicure chair with our feet in cold water for another 25 minutes. Today I went to the grocery store and my credit card was declined. I tried it a couple of times and then discovered it wasn't my card, it was someone else's Citi Costco card!!!!!!! Went back to the salon and returned the card that wasn't mine and they didn't have my card. I tried to explain what a pain it is to deal with a lost or stolen card but all I got was a very weak "sorry". To top it off when I called the credit card company I discovered not only did they mix up the cards they put the other person's charges on my card as well as my own charges. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! read more
