I have given this salon multiple chances over the years, hoping each visit would be better than the…read morelast, but I have never left satisfied. My most recent appointment was the final straw. Communication was extremely difficult because my nail technician and I could not effectively understand each other, and despite explaining what I wanted, I left with nails that looked nothing like my request. The quality of the work was unacceptable, especially for the price. The shaping was uneven, the dip powder was applied poorly, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. Based on the way the service was performed, I genuinely questioned whether my technician had much experience with dip nails. The application process didn't seem to follow the proper steps, and the final result reflected that. To make matters worse, the prices are far too high for the level of service provided. I don't mind paying premium prices for quality work, but this was nowhere close to being worth the cost. After multiple disappointing visits, I can confidently say I will not be returning. There are far too many salons that provide better quality, better communication, and better value for your money.

Plus the nail tech I had did a terrible job. I've gotten my nails done for 20 years and never had an infection I was traveling and this is the second time in that time I had my nails done away from home. Big mistake. The dip powder is extremely lumping under the chrome and the chrome doesn't look like chrome and it's already coming off. Poor quality.

So, I figured one more go on the next package and see if maybe it was it was a gimmick. Upgraded to next bed. Totally different operating instructions and different type of bed. The employee didn't explain well at all! I did everything she said and it didn't work. I waited. I finally got dressed and went out front to let her know it wasn't working or I was doing something wrong. SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME AND WALKED THE OTHER WAY. I waited some more. Finally got all my stuff to leave. She looked at me and said "Oh did ya get it going?" I said no, I asked for help and you couldn't be bothered. The owner chimed in and said it's set to kick on in like 3 minutes. I told them I didn't have time and just wanted to tan and be done. The woman then took me to the bed and hit the button like 4 times to get it to start and said sometimes it doesn't work and you have to push it a few times. Really? You couldn't have said that or owned the fact that you're lack of information caused the frustration? I went ahead and tanned and chalked it up to a bad day. I apologized to the owner for getting frustrated and explained that it was a rough start but all is well. She was condescending but I figured it was just the day and it would be ok. I get in the car, talking to my husband on the way home, he informed me the woman was mouthing me as she walked out of my booth. I went and cancelled my package and I explained what my husband had told me and I found that totally unprofessional and inappropriate for a person running a business. She argued with me in front of customers. She then stood there as two other customers cussed me and acted a fool. If you are looking for good customer service, good attitudes, hot beds at an affordable price, or somewhere that doesn't let dogs roam around and bother clients, this is not the place. Highly disappointed with local and small.
