I have given this salon multiple chances over the years, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but I have never left satisfied. My most recent appointment was the final straw. Communication was extremely difficult because my nail technician and I could not effectively understand each other, and despite explaining what I wanted, I left with nails that looked nothing like my request. The quality of the work was unacceptable, especially for the price. The shaping was uneven, the dip powder was applied poorly, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. Based on the way the service was performed, I genuinely questioned whether my technician had much experience with dip nails. The application process didn't seem to follow the proper steps, and the final result reflected that. To make matters worse, the prices are far too high for the level of service provided. I don't mind paying premium prices for quality work, but this was nowhere close to being worth the cost. After multiple disappointing visits, I can confidently say I will not be returning. There are far too many salons that provide better quality, better communication, and better value for your money. read more

Don't go...NAIL INFECTION. Starting antibiotics a week after getting my nails done. Pain started next day but no redness or swelling until a 6 days. Plus the nail tech I had did a terrible job. I've gotten my nails done for 20 years and never had an infection I was traveling and this is the second time in that time I had my nails done away from home. Big mistake. The dip powder is extremely lumping under the chrome and the chrome doesn't look like chrome and it's already coming off. Poor quality. read more

I am not one to normally complain, but I do not want anyone else to have this experience. I treated myself to get my nails done for my birthday. Cute Nails gave me the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. First, he didn't do anything to my cuticles, look at the way the white paint has hardly any arch, and the mess of paint he left under my nails, the most pitiful pedicure I have ever gotten as well--BUT all of that isn't why I am writing this post! He jerked my hand aggressively, yelled at me and nearly made me cry. Then, I remembered my daughter telling me that a man did that to her in the same salon. this place is not worth your time.. they are rude and do a terrible job when it comes to doing nails and pedicures. Usually nail salons have people who speak in different languages, but it's a little bit weird when you have people looking at you speaking their language and then laughing also not to mention the guy I can't remember his name. He was older guy, but he made me feel really uncomfortable. He told me to hold his hand like I loved him and not in a funny way and a kind of offputting way, I will never be going there again. read more

I had a manicure with gel done Friday and now, Sunday morning, nearly every finger's polish is lifting near my cuticles. I noticed the guy who did my nails soaked my fingers in a bowl of warm water that I'm pretty positive was not cleaned from the person before me. It's possible the cuticle clippers weren't cleaned either. He also didn't wipe my nails with alcohol or use a nail dehydrator like every other nail salon I've been to before applying the gel polish. Between soaking in a dirty bowl and not using anything to clean them afterward, I'm not surprised this manicure didn't even last 2 days. read more

I was a little scared after reading the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! The man that did my nails did a great job. He took off my old nails and put fresh ones on. He asked what I wanted along the way: length, shape, etc and did what I wanted. He worked quickly and efficiently. I waited for weeks to write this review, I wanted to make sure the nails would last, well none have pealed or broken, let's be honest 4 weeks I was too long to wait for a fill. I'm rough on my nails as I work with livestock and horses. And still they have all held up. Super happy and I will be going back. read more

i went too get just plain white French tips and I came out with the complete opposite. I asked for a pain white French tip and she kept ignoring me. I asked her if she could bring the French tip up more so it wasn't touching my cuticles and she said okay then put glitter on it. then i asked for just plain white nails with silver glitter because I didn't like the French tips down too my cuticle with ugly glitter at all and she painted them fine but when I asked for the silver glitter she put a iridescent glitter on so I asked for silver again and she got an even MORE colorful glitter. It would've been fine if they didn't have the glitter but they didn't match my silver and white dress and I already asked her to do 4 different things‍. Not to mention I asked her to round out my nail and she made it flat. Not very pleased and any other time I never Really had problems so idk what she was goin thru that day. read more

Terrible! Paid $45 for a deluxe pedicure and it was nothing like they advertised. Massage was fair at best. The marine mask consisted of a warm towel on my legs for 1 minute. When I tried to complain, the gentleman gave me a list of their offered services and walked away. Someone else ended up finishing the job. I WONT be back. read more

Literally horrible. What should have been an hour long pedicure was a rushed, 20 min max pedicure. I have never complained with them, I've felt before like I WAY overpayed and keep giving them another chance. I'm done with them this time. I would NOT recommend going to this salon AT ALL!! The service is subpar and the staff is beyond rude. As I was headed in to get a basic manicure today the man at the front desk asks "How may I help you?" As I begin to tell which service I wanted he blurts out "I CAN'T DO IT!" before I can even get a word out. Then repeats himself as if I didn't hear him the first time! I was embarrassed and felt VERY disrespected as other customers were looking at me. I asked, "Well why would you ask 'how can you help me', if you CAN'T help me??" Also, on my last visit I got a full set which after ONE WEEK every nail had popped off and they did not want to fix them and I would have had to pay full price again to get them replaced. Terrible results. Looks uninviting on the outside and then when you enter it is rather nice. You think you will receive quality results from your services. Wrong. The pedicures didn't amount to much more than painted toes and some lotion lightly placed on your legs. The leg massage was not even mentionable. They didn't remove the calluses or dry skin other than to quickly use a grater on the feet. The spray tan was very weak and left you with uneven tanning on the legs. Only 2 positions to stand in thus not allowing for even tanning. The prices are extremely high for the poor quality services. Will never go again and could never recommend it. read more
