Communication was extremely difficult because my nail technician and I could not effectively understand each other, and despite explaining what I wanted, I left with nails that looked nothing like my request. The quality of the work was unacceptable, especially for the price. The shaping was uneven, the dip powder was applied poorly, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. Based on the way the service was performed, I genuinely questioned whether my technician had much experience with dip nails. The application process didn't seem to follow the proper steps, and the final result reflected that. To make matters worse, the prices are far too high for the level of service provided. I don't mind paying premium prices for quality work, but this was nowhere close to being worth the cost. After multiple disappointing visits, I can confidently say I will not be returning. There are far too many salons that provide better quality, better communication, and better value for your money.

I apologized to the owner for getting frustrated and explained that it was a rough start but all is well. She was condescending but I figured it was just the day and it would be ok. I get in the car, talking to my husband on the way home, he informed me the woman was mouthing me as she walked out of my booth. I went and cancelled my package and I explained what my husband had told me and I found that totally unprofessional and inappropriate for a person running a business. She argued with me in front of customers. She then stood there as two other customers cussed me and acted a fool. If you are looking for good customer service, good attitudes, hot beds at an affordable price, or somewhere that doesn't let dogs roam around and bother clients, this is not the place.
