I went for the $35 mani pedi. Pedi was decent, but they did my manicure while I was getting my pedicure. So my hands didn't get soaked to soften cuticles or clean them. She basically pushed back my cuticles with a bit of oil, then used the nail file to rub off any other cuticles she could get to. My cuticles look awful and the underside of my nails remained dirty from gardening. A manicure done in this fashion detracts from the relaxation of a pedicure. Also, the lady next to me getting a pedicure was getting very frustrated with the lady doing her toes. The other pedicurist was evidently new and learning her craft, but was taking way too long for my neighbor's liking. Just be aware they are training someone. I doubt I will return. read more

I will no longer be coming here again. I've just had one too many bad experiences. Once I slipped and fell after they had finished mopping the floors, for which they had no caution sign. And today I had the worst no chip manicure. The painted all over my cuticles, and left a piece of string set into the manicure. People work very hard for their money and when you pay 75 dollars you expect much more than what I got today! My manicure was completely rushed, even though there were not even other customers there. By far the worst Salon I've ever been too. $35 for a fill in and $50 for a full set?! Way to high especially for the rude customer service. I smeared my pinky nail before I went under the dryer she covered it &looked horrible. I seen that the women before me had brief massage while at dryer well I guess I didn't get mine bc she had to touch up my pinky. Not sure the reviews are so poor on here. I had a wonderful experience. This the day prior to this Christmas eve I couldn't find ANYWHERE to get my nails done. On christmas eve I was calling a bunch of places to try and get a appointment set up for later that day. I found this place and they said there was no need for a appointment and no wait time. I jumped in the shower and went over. As soon as I came in Kim greeted me and told me to choose a color and she'd get started immediately. It took maybe about a hour to finish. I then saw they did waxing. I LOVE my eyebrows and don't trust anyone with them. I've had them threaded one or twice by my family, but NEVER waxing. I decided to go all in as this lady seemed to know what she was doing. She brought me into the waxing room where she laid me down and in less than 5 minutes I was done. Let me just tell you guys. I LOVEEEEE THEM!!! After this I went and sat down to have my nails dried. While sitting down she brought me a face mask and exfoliater to bring home! My total came to $62, $50 for the nails and $12 for the waxing. They also give you a punch card for everytime you go there! Once you get 10 punches you get a free mani or $10 off any other service. My experience here was amazing, I will definitely be going back!! (I completely forgot to include she also gave me a hand massage with lotion and a hot towel!!!) read more

I went here to exchange my old grown-out no chip manicure for a new fresh coat. My experience here was fine. I walked in after work and was able to get started with my manicure right away. My manicurist did a fine job with my polish and shaping my nails. She wasn't talkative and that was fine with me as I was just there to relax. My nails looked good and the no chip lasted for a good amount of time for me--about 2.5 weeks. But man did they really destroy my nails when those started coming off. They are still recovering. I don't' know if it is from getting back-to-back no chips or what. The price was about average for a no-chip I thought. So I would go back here in a pinch but it probably won't be my regular go-to spot. read more

I can't figure out why the others had such a poor experience. This was the best mani pedi I ever had. She was so gentle, took her time and the massage was amazing. It was a great price and I left so happy and relaxed. I've never been to any salon where they gave you a mini chair massage while your nails dried. The staff were all super nice (they gave everyone a thank you gift of lotion as they left). My pedicure was really good, it's only been a few days so I can't say how long they last but so far, so good. However, my eyebrow wax was not great. I have sensitive skin and almost always get burned from a wax, but in 10 years of getting my eyebrows done at various places this was the worst burn I've ever had. My friend and I went here and has the powder/dip polish done. Only one technician here could do them, but they were horrible! They were So thick and globbed on. They looked terrible and were so expensive. About 10 days later, one of my nails was completely striped from the polish. This has never happened to me before with the powder- the polish just went missing from my nail. I went in to have the polish taken off. I was shocked and disappointed that they still made me pay for the removal after expressing how unsatisfied I was, and that the powder polish should have lasted longer than 10 days. After you pick your color off-the-wall you sit down and there is no water to soak your nails in. The technician filed my cuticles so bad that five days later I still have scabs and it still bleeding. Please save yourself and DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are overpriced (more than other salons of the same caliber). First off, they do a terrible job. They dug into my toes, cut my friends cuticle (noticeably), and when my friend slightly smudged her nail they didn't even fix it. The polish looked cheap as if it had been watered down, my pedicures normally last me a month, they looked semi-decent for about a week after coming here. The manicurist also kept snapping at me not to move, I've been getting my nails done my entire life and I have never had a manicurist expect me to sit like a mummy and not even turn my head to talk to the friend I am at the salon with. To top it all of they got nail polish on mine and my friends designer purses!!!! After I got my manicure instead of bringing my purse to me in the pedicure chair like manicurist normally do the manicurist just left it sitting at the table. After finishing at the salon and walking to Starbucks I noticed a dark stain on the front of my purse (I did not get a dark color) on top of my light colored designer purse. To make matters worse my friends manicurist put the bottle of polish my friend brought with her back into her purse without completely closing it so not only did it destroy her purse it got all over the contents of her purse. Washed my hands almost 2 hours after it was done and my nail polish started to chip and the top shiny layer came off completely. I don't leave many bad reviews but my experience here has always been mediocre to bad. Have you ever had a $35 mani without your nails being soaked in water first? Well it hurts. Always take walk ins but if you can call for an appointment ask for Kim. She is a bit rough and fast but she does a GREAT job. My pedicure lasts 3 weeks when she does it. They also give great chair massages for back and neck. $1 per minute. read more

I normally am not one to write reviews but I felt so inclined after my visit to Q yesterday. I had made pedicure appointments for my three friends and I yesterday. We arrived early and started exactly on time...4:00p.m. By 4:15pm, all our toes were done and we were being rushed out of our seats!!!!!! That's a $30 pedicure in 15minutes! Terrible! When I asked to speak with the owner she dismissed my concerns and told me that they do "speedy pedicures." Sorry but I didn't pay for a speedy pedicure! What a waste! My mom wanted to change her nail choice before the manicure started and they acted like she was a huge inconvenience. The manicurist finished digging skin from another client's feet and then started using the same dirty tools on my daughter- she never got clean sterilized tools before switching clients. It was disgusting - we had to stop her and ask for clean tools. Will never go here again- not worth getting a disease. I have been going there every 2 weeks for a year. This will be my very last. I had gotten a no chip mani. With in 3 days all of my nails were chipped. I called and she said she would fix it. I came in and selected a different color. She yelled at me in front of a packed salon. She then slammed her tools down. When she began to file my nails she burned my nail. Horrible experience! I was there for a manicure and the lady that did my nails cut me badly on my cuticle.. So bad it wouldnt stop bleeding even the next day, and when I asked for a bandaid the lady told me that they didnt have any and proceeded to speak another language with her coworker.. My nails dont even look as if I got a manicure, not only am I dissapointed with the cuticle being cut so badly it kept bleeding but their customer service is by far the worse!!
