The lady who did my manicure was super abrupt she seemed upset when I asked for color choices. The lady who did my pedicure was not gentle at all, it hurt when she prepped my feet for the pedicure. Like she yanked my feet for the scrub and put a lot of pressure even when I asked to be gentler I get that they're busy but I really hope it doesn't become the norm for them to rush and hurt people in the process. Although it may be unintentional and flustered but I hope they be more mindful of force next time Thank you

Cons: pedicure water was Luke warm to cold both times. Massage was 2 min per leg, which included a scorching hot stone massage. I actually asked about the lack of massage last time. Because if you don't, you might end up like me ,having to get your nails done by someone who you thought was also good. it was on a Sunday , maybe she was having one of those days when you just want the day to be over and go home. Unfortunately, that's exactly how my experience felt. She did my nails very poorly, and when I told her that something wasn't right, she replied, "Next time just come with Lily." I found that very disrespectful because I'm paying for your service and expecting you to do a good job. On top of that, I still left a tip. To make things worse, she left me bleeding from my cuticles. And now here I am, hating my nails. It's only been three days, and my hair is already getting caught in them. My special 10th anniversary nails won't even last two weeks. If you want great work, go with Lily!!

They responded quickly and were very accommodating. The part that blew me away was the removal itself. She was able to strip the gel off WITHOUT thinning out the actual nail. I forgot to ask for her name, but the lady who did my pedicure today was nice. My favorite part about getting pedicures is when they give the 5 minute massage and I really liked hers. So make sure to check prior to them putting on the top coat before it's too late to say something so they can fix it.
