I came into nail image the day before Mother's Day, and the place was PACKED. We still got in fairly quickly and all the staff were super nice. Jimmy did my nails and let me tell you...he did an AMAZING job. I'm very particular about the all around shape of my nails and I didn't like how the ombré powder made them flat in the center (you can only use so much powder to make it ombré) so I told him and he took his time to make sure each one was just how I wanted it. He was very patient and cool! Thank you so much Jimmy, I've been recommending you to all my customers! You're awesome (: Ps: Also, when I was in high school I had to do this huge project on what got wanted a career in and we had to go to a place of that profession and donate 8 hours (split up) to learn about their work environment and the kind of things you'd be doing. Well I want to be a cosmetologist and specialize in nails and I went to nail image and asked them if they'd mind if I did this for my project and maybe fill out a paper or 2 and they were so cool from the start. Katie and Jimmy are great people. Katie took her time to teach me some nail designs and let me make props for my portfolio. It ended up turning out amazing and I have them to thank for teaching me and making it fun!!! I definitely recommend this place to every one read more

Just had my nails done using the new Signature Nail System (SNS) & Jimmy did it using 2 different dipping colors. I love the SNS because it adds crucial nail strengthening vitamins to the nail bed. I have only tried it for the last few months, but I already noticed a huge difference when it was time to take it off the first time & start with a new canvas. There have been no breaks or lifts in my nails, which I suffered from regularly, since I started using this process. I really recommend it if you have issues with lifting of the faux nail or breaking of your own nail underneath or simply want another option for strong beautiful nails. The only potential down side, is that it is a bit costlier than traditional acrylic, but I'm coming in much less often so the cost equates out or is actually less in the long run! read more

Very disappointed in their service. I get Dip regularly, decided to give Nail Image a try. Fourth time returning. Every time something is wrong with the Dip application .Last time I paid $50 plus $20 tip for Dip nails that were So thin, they shattered. I returned to have three nails fixed and it was obvious the shattering happened due to improper use of the product !!! too thin it shatters and is not the true color on sample!!! So I get three nails fixed. The technician can see it was not applied properly After fix. He charges me for the fix. Fix on their horrible work. So $25 more and the other 7 nails have shattered. $75 and they look terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a more trained and professional shop. So disappointed. What a waste of hard earned money. read more

I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my nails. Jimmy is very accommodating to do acrylic overlay to put a protective layer over my nails and he always creates the polish design or color as I request. Katie is wonderful when it comes to massage and waxing. She does great pain free work on my eyebrows and is my go to girl for my maintenance massage due to my endurance athlete lifestyle. As far as the negative reviews I have seen, they need to be taken with a grain of salt. No business will ever be able to please everyone and sometimes patience is necessary as there are clients who walked in or scheduled appointments, but I know they always try to fit everyone in often times staying open late. read more

Nail Image is the best! They are super sweet and all ways do their best for the customer, they fix your nails when other places wont . They are the first place I have gone into that has really made my day. Jimmy and Katie do their best to make sure you are happy with your visit. I am so impressed by how hard they work and still have time for their family. I definitely recommend it, you wont be sorry you came by! They make you feel like your worth a billion bucks when you leave. You never have to wait they are ready and willing to go they all jump up to get you going when you walk through the door. Very kind, gentle and professional. After having my nails slaughtered at Seasons around the corner, I was delighted at the courtesy shown here at Image. Katie and Jimmy were friendly, and welcomed me to this oasis of a salon. I was very impressed and all the customers seemed very happy with their treatments. I can't wait to share this place with all my family and friends. These people are true nail artists, and they also offer a variety of spa treatments: facials, massage, waxing, etc. etc. Excellent work everybody. Gold star!!! read more

I just moved here from Irvine three months ago and saw this cute little nail salon as I was doing some grocery shopping. I decided to try their pedi and mani since its been a while since i had one. I sat down and they were very nice and provided excellent service, offering me a drink, or giving quality advice when deciding what to do with my nails. The price was very reasonable for the quality i was given, I was impressed with the callous removal and treatment that was added to my pedicure. read more

Absolutely amazing place. I can always get a pedicure, even without an appointment. Jimmy has introduced me to gel liquid pink and white instead of acrylic, which is fantastic. My nails stay beautiful for weeks. I have to make an appointment for this because Jimmy is the only one who does gel. Katie does waxing and facials and gives great pedicures. Because I rarely make an appointment for my pedicures, I don't always get Katie, but the others are good as well. I LOVE this place. read more

The Nail Image is a great salon and does a fantastic job. My nails have never lifted which happened all the time at my old place. They are courteous, quick to get you in and treat their customers with respect. Jimmy & Katie work at making the salon look and feel upscale & giving their customers a wonderful experience. I get compliments on my nails all the time and am very pleased. They are not expensive but use quality products. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. read more

Jimmy is awesome here. I received great service. I came in a couple of days before to get my nails removed but I ended up making an appointment for a fill and was happy that I did. My nails turned out great and Jimmy was very gentle. I am not a fan of all the nail filing but it wasn't bad at all. The shop was clean and professional. I'm glad I came back here and didn't go somewhere else originally. read more
