My fiancé was nicked while getting his nails trimmed and his skin (on the side of his foot) was rubbed to the point of bleeding. I asked for one service, was given a service I did not ask for and didn't want to go through the hassle starting over. Communication of prices/services was not accurate and there was no attempt to make it right when addressed.
