Took my mom here for her birthday. The first lady who did my toes left my old nail polish on my toes. I asked her to remove it and she said the new nail polish would cover it. She put the first coat on and realized it wouldn't cover the old polish so she had to remove it. Then she took a chunk out of my skin and I bled a lot. She finished the toes and the polish was everywhere, all over my skin and not just on my nails. My boyfriend could have done a better job on my toes. I asked her to remove them. The lady who helped my mom was kind and did an okay job. I asked for the upgraded pedicure for my mom. She did not receive the upgraded pedicure but I was overcharged for it. Trish was great. She did my hands and fixed my toes. If you go to this salon only go to Trish! read more

Trish was the only one who knew what to do and did a good job . The other lady cut my girlfriends feet and made them bleed. Also overcharged her for services she asked for but never received. I live a thousand miles away and am hearing these negative reviews from her so naturally I need to leave an honest review. Trish keep it up, the other ladies figure it out please. 3. Hours for an appointment seems a bit excessive for the amount of mistakes. Rude customer service. Ridiculous that you have to pay for the tools they use on you. I went in just for a gel polish this morning and she grinder my nails down so far, my fingers are so sore and bumpy!!! She kept grinding my nails and I kept saying "ow!" And she kept going!!! Will literally never go there again!! Update: I went into their shop for a simple gel polish change. They grounded off the old stuff, burning my actual nail, causing divots that are so close to my skin that my fingers hurt. Well a day after getting done they start cracking. So not only do my nails hurt, they look horrible to boot!!! I made an appt with another nail salon to fix it (on Friday) and went back to nail couture to get my money back and they said no but they will fix them? This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The first nail tech which I am sure did not have a license could not even file my nails , the second one took over and ended up throwing his stuff down and yelling at me because he had worked to long without lunch and no breaks . Stabbed me with the cuticle clippers had a fit so the manager came and finished. Not the way to treat customers! I will not be returning! read more

Wow, you know Madras has arrived when a Vietnamese nail salon opens! It's definitely a nail salon rather than a spa setting, but it's pretty inside and they get the job done. The work has been a little uneven, and the prices aren't as amazingly low as in Portland Asian nail salons, but it's a great addition to Madras and I think they'll get their staffing worked out. When they first opened, you could usually just walk in but an appointment is probably required anymore. They use OPI polishes, but their other materials don't seem too high end. I don't do fake nails or Shellac but that is available. I did waxing once and was happy with the result too. They have massaging chairs, which are a little weird but it seems like most people like it. read more

The woman who did my manicure/pedicure did a great job and she was very friendly.It was a little more expensive than I'm used to (as I have recently moved back from living in major metropolotian areas) but they made up for it with the complimentary wine! I had the worst experience in my life! ...I took my client and best friend with me the first time I went they did a good job. The second time we went they were in a hurry very rude and they didn't give us new nail files... We had to go back again because they didn't fill thenails ...they sanded them and painted. It started to show and Lynda the owner knew she needed to fix them. We called first and made an appointment and drove from Redmond. The husband started arguing with me and we had a yelling match... The kids were running all over... The nail polish was dull and diluted due to age... The health department needs to investigate. They tried to sell us expensive nails without options. They should be shut down. You will get nail fungus from this filthy second hand nail salon. read more

Very disappointed in last visit, it was a hurried procedure for both pedicure/medicure. A good massage is suppose to be included, not so much, hands/arms no massage at all. This is a big treat for someone to scrub the feet, hot oil, massage, but i felt she didnt want to do the man/pedi in the first place...and i paid full price...afraid i will be looking for another place. I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I live out of town and was in madras visiting. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish on top. The gentleman filed my nails so hard with the drill that he burnt me. He kept running the drill over my cuticles as well and cut me twice. Then he used so much acrylic that he had to go back and file most of it off with the drill...again! Then I wanted my whole nail painted white. The color is extremely uneven with smudges and even a hair stuck in it. To top it all off he kept using his gross dirty fingernail to wipe the excess polish off my cuticles. All of this for $5 more than I spend at home!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. I did not have a good experience at all! First thing, she was very impatient while I was picking the tips that I wanted for a full set. Kept handing me 5-10 boxes of sets at a time. Then asking about every 30 seconds if I had chosen one. Also felt very uncomfortable due to the fact that they were speaking a different language and laughing. (Not being racist, but I was the only customer and am obviously white) After settling for the tips I chose, from the very start she was very demanding and didn't tell me what to do with my hands. She hardly spoke unless she was speaking her other language or asking casual questions with an attitude. I am obviously young and am currently pregnant. Asking me questions like " Was that man your Boyfriend" I replied " yes." "Does he work?" "Yes". " Are you working or are you still in High School?" All the while she's looking up watching tv chipped the acrylic hardening stuff while filing my nail with the electric file, then she tapped my hand rudely, and told me to relax (like I had done something wrong!) Finally almost done she leaves my station going over to her husbands customer and starts painting designs on nails!!! I could not believe how bad of the customer service they had! I literally had 2 steps left with my nails and she walks away. She told me to wait a few minutes and eventually 10 or so minutes later her husband comes and rubs this oil on my nails and am finally finished! I never thought acrylic nails should hurt so bad?? Oh that's right, they shouldn't! They just can't do their job right read more

I have the worst experience today I went in there after work to relax and treat myself for a set of acrylics, I picked out my color and the older lady started trying to pick out a completely different color bc she said they were more "elegant" and every time I pick one she would try to make me pick a different I was starting to get frustrated and confused ‍ then she went started cutting without even asking me she was doing what she wanted in a rush. I was every upset I had to walk out. N im not going back it's definitely not worth I've gotten my nails done there before already trust me read more

OK so I used to go here along time ago but I haven't been in awhile because I live out of town so I decided to treat myself. so I went and got a mani and a pedi to find out that its now ran by different owners and the place looked extremely dirty but against my better judgment I decided to go ahead and get my nails done since I drove all that way. I thought they did a pretty good job. so I gave them a $15 tip well upon checking my bank statements today it appears that they weren't happy with my $15 tip and added another $10 tip too it.
