The vibe in there was silent and everyone seemed like they didn't want to be there. The massaging was literally just rubbing lightly on the same spot. Me and my grandma got only gel pedicures. They charged us 84 dollars. The extra 4 dollars was for the tools they used on us which is an extra 2 dollars. I have never in my life been to a salon that charges you for the tools. The painting was fine but the experience wasn't enjoyable.

She is kind to everyone, you feel like family and she works hard, of course they all have to be a good listener and she excels at that quality. I know what I share is kept right at her station . I come from Willcox and yes it is worth the trip. Too many cliques in wilcox and gossip is rampant. you can never get into willcox for months and I am simply glad I have been having my service at Clip, cut and polish.

I guess I should explain that the reason it took so long is that she did both appts back to back. She actually talked me out of getting a more expensive nail treatment this time because my nails were getting very thin . I would recommend this Salon to anyone

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today…read more The first time I visited this salon, I was thrilled with the results. My nails were beautiful, and the technician was meticulous and professional. That experience is the reason I drove the extra distance to return. Unfortunately, today's visit was completely different. The technician used what appeared to be a dull cuticle cutter that dug into my cuticles and nail beds, leaving the skin around my nails jagged and irritated. The manicure itself looks rushed, uneven, and unprofessional. Honestly, I am embarrassed to show my hands. When I showed my fiancé my nails, he immediately told me I should go back and have them redone. I certainly do not feel I should have to pay another $55 to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the difference between my first visit and today's visit was shocking. Given the condition of my nails, I believe the salon should offer to redo them at no charge and make this right. I returned because of the excellent experience I had before, and I am very disappointed with the outcome this time. Services Acrylic nails, Manicure

To my pleasant surprise, I have watched the women at this salon thoroughly clean all their nail tools before and after every customer they deal with and they also clean up all their area which is a must and I was so glad to see this. The only service I have gone for is a pedicure as I have my own gel system at home and do my hand nails myself. They do an excellent job at removing dead skin, shaping/painting nails. Their scrub is awesome and very relaxing. Another thing I love about this place is it's modern and spacious. It's a huge salon at the top floor of the building. Both the nail/pedicure area is very clean and tidy and can't beat the price. I never pay more than $18 for a spa treatment pedicure with gel polish, including tip (less when the peso is high or when I choose to get regular nail polish). My go-to pedicure salon for great service and a perfect pedi. ***I highly recommend you set an appointment before showing up as they're a popular nail salon and while walk-in's are welcome, sometimes they're completely booked for the day. Pat McCarthy Quail Creek…read more· Just now · I normally don't publish dissatisfaction with businesses unless I really received poor customer service but I wish to share my bad experience with Elysian Nail & Spa's employee, Tyler. I had a basic manicure on Saturday with this technician and upon arriving home, some of the polish was bubbling and a few nails had blemishes on them. I was careful after he was finished and stayed long enough for the manicure to dry but he did put a very thick layer of overcoat on the nails to "protect" them. He seemed in a rush and left me at the station to allow time for drying my nails, but like I said, after ample time, several hours later I had blemishes on the nails. I returned to the salon and in sharing my concerns, Tyler went ballistic and told me regular nail polish doesn't last. I hate gels. He insisted this was my problem, but he would redo them just this one time. He proceeded to coat over the blemished nails and reapply more thick top coating and I waited another one-half hour for them to dry and again, makiang the blemishes even more apparent. I had my pedicure there with another technician and she was wonderful. Needless to say, I would not recommend Tyler. He only seems to want to do gel, acrylic or powder nails, none of which are healthy for your nails. I did want to mention that Anna did my pedicure and she was great. I would have used her except she doesn't work Saturdays. Post Insight
