Each time my techs have told me not to pay more because of my unlimited plan which basically gave me one 15 minute treatment once a month, alternating upper & lower body. I went to a laser appointment on June 7th & was told the owner was trying to sell the laser hair removal machines to someone else. Once that happened I was to get a call to start treatments again. It's December 27th & still haven't gotten a call, so unclear if they're still doing the "laser" part of Laser Cosmetic?

Tucson is so lucky to have her full time now since she left her practice in NY. I started seeing her over a year ago after moving from LA. I began with Filler, botox and a thread lift. I was so pleased with my results after placing my full trust in her eye and placement expertise (| let her do her thing and have never been happier. I took the plunge a few months ago and had an upper bleph and temporal brow lift with her. This is what she is famous for. The results and fast healing have been beyond my expectations. There was thick prominent scarring on one side that…read morewas extremely noticeable and each month she would say that she would do a scar revision for free but we should wait, as it could improve with the cortisone injections she was giving me. This procedure cost 4,500$. At the 11 month appointment | got facial botox for 800$. At the follow up appointment two weeks later I said I noticed little improvement with the Botox. The assistant left the room and came back in and said Dr. Rubbani would not do any retouches on the Botox ( which is customary) and that I needed to pay for a secret RF treatment costing thousands for the scar and she was no longer willing to do the scar revision she promised to do for free. I left her office almost in tears. She wrote me a letter saying that I must have misunderstood their policies as they do not give services for free. Total spent at this office in one year 500$ Botox 2025, mini neck lift 4,500$, upper bleph (which has begun to droop) 3,500$, Botox 2026 800$=$9,300$. It should be noted that the scar revision would have cost her nothing - just her time. Dr. Rubbani did not stand behind her work despite her promises to do so.

She took time before and after each appointment to discuss my issues and questions as well as make recommendations for my skin routine moving forward. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and she helped dissect the different issues that are likely causing acne on the different parts of my face. I've learned a lot from her in the appointments I've had so far. I purchased a 3 visit Groupon for microdermabrasion, which was a great deal. She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going. If you're looking for someone to really help you learn about and improve the long term health of your skin, I highly recommend her.

I just accompanied my wife to her appointment with Dr. Christopher Weyer. When he entered the exam…read moreroom, he introduced himself but never asked my wife how she was doing or how he could help. Instead, he was condescending and dismissive, and talked more about his career and his speciality. My wife has severe anxiety triggered by medical appointments due to the substandard medical care here in Arizona. This was exacerbated by how she was cut off by Dr. Weyer each time she had a question or comment. He accused my wife of constantly interrupting, and gave me the impression that he was more concerned on telling my wife what he doesn't treat rather than discussing her dermatology issue. It was to the point of us (particularly my wife) feeling verbally attacked. We left immediately, as it seemed like he was actively instigating and trying to get an outburst from my wife. As we left, even the receptionist came off as rude, yelling after us that we needed to check out as we were exiting the exam area. This experience resulted in my wife having an anxiety attack as soon as we got to the car. My wife was not disruptive in any way. Dr. Weyer would cut her off every time she tried to ask a question or comment about what she discovered when doing her own research on her dermatological condition. Dr. Weyer gave the impression that the information that my wife had was insignificant. He would literally shrug his shoulders and throw up his hands as if there was nothing he could do. My wife felt both humiliated and attacked. We are NEVER returning to this dermatology office, especially given how Dr. Weyer clearly puts his ego over LISTENING to his patients' needs.
