I wore a mask as there were two employees coughing. I had a dip manicure which I told him that I had not flat nail beds, and to go easy on the amount of dip, I will share the result. It's rather disappointing spending $100 for a manicure and a pedicure(with tip) and your manicure really doesn't look great at all. He charged me extra to trim my cuticles. Is that a thing? Update. I went back in today and ask that they fix my nails because the polish was just too thick. They did with no charge. It still wasn't the most pleasant experience the first time, but I'm glad that they fixed them and made it less bulky.

They initially agreed to the service, but once they saw how far along I was, I was told they would not fully treat my calluses because I was pregnant. I explained that I was comfortable with the treatment and had discussed foot care with my doctor, but they continued to insist they would only do a partial treatment. When I questioned why I couldn't make that decision for myself, I was ultimately told it would be best for me to go somewhere else. I completely understand a business having legitimate safety policies, but refusing to provide a service specifically because I am pregnant--without clearly explaining an actual policy or medical reason--was incredibly frustrating and made me feel patronized rather than cared for. This experience raises serious concerns about discrimination based on pregnancy and my protected rights as a pregnant customer. I should not have to argue with a business about whether I am allowed to make an informed decision about a service for my own body. I ultimately left and received the service elsewhere without issue. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and ensures pregnant customers are not treated this way again.

This is not the salon I typically patronize and today they showed me why. I had a fill and gel…read morepolish done last Friday and I broke a nail today. I popped in thinking I'd have a quick fix. The nail tech who started my service couldn't fix the broken nail so she called another tech over. She put another tip on and it was very obviously crooked. I pointed out that it was crooked, she filled a container with acetone to soak it off and walked away. A second tech arrived to fix the missing nail and I thanked her. The original tech "finished" my nails and charged me $45 dollars for a nail job that looks like my 5 year old granddaughter did it. The techs seemed annoyed and irritated that I wanted to get what they charged me for. I felt like I was overcharged and I absolutely stated that. I did not tip.
