I find they will tell you whatever you want in your face but can't get a follow threw or call back. There are 8 people and 2 dogs (4 adults), that are living above me in a 2 bedroom apartment! So unfair to have to pay what I do and can't sleep any hours of the night. It would be great if I could even manage a nap in the afternoon but they allow their kids to roller skate around the apartment FOR HOURS, with dogs chasing. I know because I have looked up there on thier balcony where they also skate around. I have been promised many times they would do something, and then promised many more they were going to move me, yet have never followed threw but I'm 6 months into my lease and I don't think it's fair for me to have to move my fully decorated apartment (with only 6 months left) when I was here first and I am not the rude inconsiderate one. When I finally confronted the family myself they told me they could be as loud as they wanted until 10pm. I pay 1700 for an apartment, no fitness center, no pool, no community hang out, JUST MY APARTMENT and a response would be nice from the management company. Also I was told the building was a secure building, which considering there are 8-9 air B and Bs in my building that have people in and out, porns being shot, parties being thrown, trash in the parking lot, drunks screaming in the parking lot all night, dogs pooping in the door way and being left. I am a single women living alone I don't need the crowd that comes threw these air b and bs having full access to my building, that's not secure, not to mention no cameras in building or parking lot. When people don't live here they don't respect it, and the air b and be are a huge problems. It's absolute chaos and unexceptable when tenants pay what they do for what they do. I am counting down days to be out of this apartment and w a better management company! Not to mention most these good reviews are from thier own employees, most likely forced upon hire.

The house we bought went on the market the same day we won the bid and I believe it is Chelsea's amazing ability to write bids that secured us the house over all the other offers. She is very accessible, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable realtor. She gave me a stack of her business cards when the papers were finally signed and I've already given most of them out to friends and family. In my opinion, I do not believe the three realtors in this sale acted in the clients/buyers best interest or within the law. This is a Spokane issue, where realtors are so wrapped up in the greed and easy money, they don't seem to care about representing thier clients or accurately representing the properties they sell. You guys knew that canceling our lease after the 10th we'd be charged for February and instead decided to email us after that date. Don't rent from these people. To sign a new lease, they were gonna charge an extra $200 too. For a small little 3 bed 2 bath house that's barely standing together.

Avoid this company/apartments at ALL costs…read more The apartment I'm at is filthy as they didn't bother cleaning out the vents or AC units or appliances. The floor is cheap and creaky and has tons of bugs coming out from the boards. A perk of the poorly done floors is you can hear each and every step your up stairs neighbor take.The water pressure is awful and the water is constantly either too cold or too hot. The water completely shut off in the apartment and it took the management 24hrs to even acknowledge it. (Took two days for it to be resolved).The hot water broke and it also took 24hrs for them to acknowledge it (it's still broken as I'm typing this). Good luck with any maintenance request. It's incredibly difficult and frustrating to even get a person on the phone. Much less get actual maintenance people in. We submitted a request for maintenance, didn't hear back for 1 month. Then, they no called no showed to the appointment. Didn't hear a thing until 2 months later where they randomly showed up after the problem had been resolved BY US. This company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with ANY of their locations. They truly don't care about anything but money. The apartments are total shit holes, even for $1,000-1,500 apartments.
