He charged for four tie rods when all he did was 1 and he didn't even put the pin back in. He dodged me for a year not letting me get my machine back or see it. When I did get to see it, it was all smashed up and spray painted black. I didn't even recognize it! So far he refuses to return my carburetor or replace it. He took back his eBay one and the can-am one he tried saying was mine. He also refuses to fix any damage he did to it even though he offered to at first then changed his mind after his junk yard buddy didn't have the parts.

Called back after a while to get an ETA and was told " I don't want to come out there." I was literally 10 minutes away from shop. This was at 5:00 on Sunday night and I had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. I suspect one of two things happened here. 1. The guy on call was lazy. 2. The guy on call didn't want to miss the Packer game. I called another tow truck company (Breitenbach and Sons). They were out in a hurry, winched me out in 10 minutes and had me on my way for $100.00.

There is literally one pump with a working card reader, so that's the pump everyone goes to when they come here. The people inside are never happy or helpful. I once told a worker I needed a couple bags of ice from the outside freezer, and they were "It's locked." "Can you unlock it?" "No" Their gas is always at least 10 cents more than other local stations. I keep hoping someone reopens the old The Store in Lena so we can have a functioning gas station again

We accidentally stopped here while traveling. The day before we had stopped at a Quick Trip on our…read moretravels and today we were on our way back home. My husband intended to stop off at that same Quick Trip but existed too soon. Needing a bathroom break and already tired from traveling we decided to just visit this business. It is an older building and almost looks like it could have been a Quick Trip that was sold-hence the name "Fast Stop". When entering the store it was quiet with a cashier who was nonverbal. The store had a funny smell, almost musty. But the bathrooms were very clean and there were adequate snacks and drinks to choose from. Not the variety with fresh fruits and salads that the Quick Trip down the read has. But standard snack that most gas stations supply. As I said the cashier was pretty quiet and I tried to draw him out by thanking him. He did reply quietly with a "have a good day" but never cracked a smile. My husband mentioned this and I said he looked like he had a bad hangover and couldn't wait until his shift was over. On another note across the parking lot was a business called the Dairy Barn that had a replica of a large ice cream cone and there were several cars over there. We did not stop but it looked like a place to check out and had a large covered outside eating area.
